I could see that potentially being the case, it would have forced his hand at that point. Jigen clearly was keeping tabs on naruto and sasuke, to the point he expected Naruto have killed Momoshiki instead of boruto
What’s more interesting to is he expected Naruto or Sasuke to get a karma 🤔 or so it sounded in the anime which makes you wonder what about those two would have made them compatible with it

Ishiki used the time travel turtle right after he took over jigen body and went 1000 years into the future to try and attain the god fruit since the fruit show up every 1k years. This would make sense because why even try with code... If he could not be a vessel why keep him around... I think code is a genetic copy of whatever makes kawaki a suitable vessel... But it didn't work as it was intended... But it did work... So if that karma was introduced to isshiki genetics he could revive in code... That's why I have been thinking we have not seen the last of isshiki... Think about it what is the objective that he gave to code? Remember the karma seal is only a door to the house of the Clan member in which it belongs

orochimaru's living corpse jutsu has no requirment. he can switch with any body. it's only his curse mark that has a high kill rate. living corpse jutsu can be used on anyone so long as Orochimaru can overpower their spirit.
6:46 so I’ve been thinking about this for a while and i think I’ve found the answer: it’s personality! Karma shares similarities to both the curse mark and Byakugou seal and one think that has me thinking is, what made Sasuke more compatible with Orochimaru’s curse mark, and I think it was personality!
Yeah I saw someone mention the personality theory in a video a couple weeks ago and they said Boruto was compatible with Momoshiki because they both liked taking shortcuts and the easy ways to get stronger, I forgot about the Kawaki one but they both made sense
I think the real reason why Jigen is hiding all this time is because of his personality. Jigen/Ishiki isn't someone who takes huge risks. Each and every move he makes is calculated and well thought of. The reason why he hid all these time is because he knows that Jigen is a weak vessel. He also probably knows that Kaguya had kids and these kids might somehow inherit otsutsuki powers. And rather than testing them in a fight, the more reasonable thing to do is just take time in preparing, find a strong vessel.

To add to this the Otsutsuki are a clan that cannibalism each other when on the verge of death. So there’s a possibility that if isshiki went to the Otsutsuki clan for help in jigen’s body he might have been eaten 😂

This got me thinking about the ten tails purpose and it being a part of the otsosuki. Feeding a otsosuki to one. I guess helps it harvest Chakra, to make a fruit. That can enhance a otsosuki. And possible make them crazy. But taking on a ten tails like madara did. Brought kaguya back. Black zetsu had the knowledge given by kaguya. That he new he needed one to become otsosuki. Like Sasuke final battle all the kuybi Chakra. If he had time to make them his vessel could have with one would have brought kaguya back. But may have needed a black zetsu. Which might be a walking karma. That might be similar to codes ten tails legion. That whoever ten tails husk that is could be used to bring them back with it. Be it jigen, or shibai. Where adas deamon and codes abilities. And jigen might have had heavy influence, in all the shinobi conflicts. They could twist it like the Uzumaki massacre was him seeking vessels. Hearing about abnormal Chakra pulls. Speaking of which code has red hair like every other plot hole Uzumaki.

Ishiki should've crept into Kaguya's ear. Also, I believe that Kaguya had more power after the chakra fruit BUT Ishiki's skill is what gaps the difference. It's because Ishiki basically fights like a shinobi while Kaguya doesn't.
I also wonder if compatibility with the Karma is similar to compatibility with the curse mark/byakugou. Not everyone was able to get to curse mark level 2 and only two people were able to master the byakugou.
Maybe it’s because he would have lost, he knew other Otsuski would come and bring a God Tree, and that that God tree was already linked to Kaguya.

In Naruto Kaguya is just defeated and then there comes a 10 years gap. Maybe these ototsuki come from a planet where days are much shorter so for them. it's like kaguya just went.
The appearance of Kawaki was for Jigen the Reason to be in the story. In the beginning i thought they all spammed for kaguya but that wasn't the case.
During shippuden Jigen was looking for his Vessel to be resurrected in. And having 3 end bosses would be too much: first obito, then madara than kaguya. If isshiki would come it would ruin it.
also you gotta think about Momoshiki, Kinshiki and Urishiki

They came only to finish kaguya's business since they came to know that she aint no More. And Isshiki referred to momoshiki as "that damned momoshiki' so there was maybe more to it.
Maybe that's also why Momoshiki choose boruto since isshiki choose kawaki. Which means they can battle it out

My head cannon theory is that Amado purposely sabotaged a majority of the good vessels to keep ishiki from reviving. I think code was a failed vessel due to Amado giving code shibai DNA making him incompatible with ishiki

At 10 minutes into this video you gave me the idea that kaguya the princess is Amado's daughter who he is trying to revive. And Amado is one of the new parasites that were in the stone
To be honest no one really knows why Isshiki didn’t intervene but my Headcanon is that maybe Isshiki was Weaker than he was when Kaguya nearly killed him and just learned to get Far Stronger throughout his Many Years of Watching Shinobi Fight and learned to use his Hand to Hand Combat Skills and Shinjutsu much better than Before.
Theory: What if Jigen decided to pull up in between Naruto&Sasuke vs Kaguya fight and told Naruto and Sasuke his plan. Would Naruto and Sasuke help team on Jigen with Kaguya, or would they try to fight them separately and die. And if they help Kaguya, would she trust them to take down Momoshiki and Kinshiki? And will Naruto be able to talk no jutsu her in protecting the village🤔
Jigen became the enemy because he wanted to take kawaki with him... so if we assume of a timeline where kawaki never would be taken by him...
. They could work together, but yet no Reason to trust Jigen... since he's ototsuki he still would turn the planet info a chakra fruit. Which means Sasuke and Naruto still would have to battle him to prevent that

I've been wondering about this too..
Because Jigan was not a suitable vessel, It took Ishiki until after the 3rd great ninja war to be able to start the process for Karma. Ishiki didnt have to power/ability before that. Yes, Jigen has a Karma but but that was through Ishiki living in his head for thousand of years recovering .

In the manga Black Zetsu said that Kaguya ate the fruit because she was greedy for power contrary to what happened in the anime

Just so you know "filler Kaguya" isn't actually filler. Kishimoto supervised those episodes as they included content and backstory that he couldn't fit into 700 chapters.
I've heard that, but no one has been able to track down the actual quote of the anime director who supposedly said that. that's why I still say filler, because all these years later there hasn't been any evidence.

1. Fused Momoshiki used Shikamaru's shadow paralysis jutsu on them to where they couldn't move so Boruto had to throw his vanishing rasengan in order to free them and save them.
2. After the fight vs Naruto and Sasuke, FUSED Momoshiki replenished his health and chakra with the scientific ninja tool from Katasuke, ate 3 more chakra pills which replenished him even further, and still lost 1v1 to *KID* Boruto while Naruto and Sasuke were pinned down by chakra rods.
3. *BASE* Boruto using a shadow clone was capable of blitzing FUSED Momoshiki, punch him in the stomach, activate his Jougan, counted FUSED Momoshiki's taijutsu, which created an opening for another vanishing rasengan hit to his ribcage all before the real Boruto came out of the sky with his giant vanishing rasengan(which was mixed with BOTH Boruto and Naruto's chakra) to defeat FUSED Momoshiki but the *FACT* still remains that *KID* Boruto did indeed fight *FUSED* Momoshiki *1v1* and held his own and defeated him proving he's already Otsutsuki tier which is NOT *DEBATABLE*

Not 950 year. Black zetsu said he watched reincarnations for over 1000 years(so it over 1000 between ashura and indra dying) which means 1000 years is often an estimate. But it longer then that
Perhaps Jigen was that mysterious shadowy figure in that one Manga panel during the Kaguya fight?
Maybe Jigen could've spying on them and once he saw Kaguya was sealed, he knew he could move forward with his Kara plan uninterrupted.
To be honest you could apply that same logic to almost all Naruto villains, I mean look at madara he was alive all the way to the events of the 3rd great ninja war, if he wanted to to he could’ve struck anytime after he death of hashirama and just done the eye of the moon plan himself unless you believe prime hiruzen could defeat 40-50 year old EMS madara
He unlocked his rinnegan at old age and was already unable to fight at that time and without his rinnegan, he can't do the eye of the moon plan

I think Jigen hides during Shippuden was because he doesn't have a good vessel to ressurect. Remember that Kawaki was once a normal human and at shippuden, he wasn't even alive yet.
Second, planting the divine tree requires an Otsutsuki, had Naruto and Sasuke successfully sealed the 10 tails, then Ishiki will no longer have an Otsutsuki sacrifice as Kaguya was sealed again. But if Naruto and Sasuke fails, Ishiki can't just blatantly show up as Kaguya was stronger than him at that point and he's just gonna die pointlessly.
Jigen had no business during that time. Well it could be that he also went after Naruto and nine tails, but Naruto would be no match for him so it's not fun to watch.
And even if they brought Jigen, you get like 4 final villains. Techinally there were 5 villains: kabuto as well
Why wouldn’t Isshiki attack Hagaromo right after he sealed Kaguya if it was a long and difficult battle, he’d be far weakened
Jigen was probably in another dimension with the rest if the kara organisation. Kawaki probably wasnt born so he had no proper vessel. Him getting involved in the warm wouldn't have been good for his already weakened body.

Meaning, lets say isshiki succeeded in using kaguya. Does this mean he would inherit her dimensions, ash/bone techniques, sharingan and red rinnesharingan?
If not, how is a chakra fruit making the eater stronger? Wouldn’t it actually make more sense for otsutsuki to use parts of eachother for the fruit like how kaguya used part of isshiki instead of the full body? Then sharing the fruit? They would both get stronger without having to kill eachother off. Symbiosis between 2 otsutsuki might make more sense than their current parasitic relationship

You know what doesn’t make sense to me if Kaguya has such a desire for chakra why in the hell when she got that shot on him why in the world wouldn’t she absorb him to gain his all his power especially if she’s afraid of the others she would try to gain as much power as she could.
we don't know if Kaguya can turn people into a chakra fruit like momoshiki can.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki can't just do. They had to co operate, most likely why Kaguya couldn't absorb Ishiki also Charka Fruit was good insurance.

Always bringing the logical (and slightly big brain) theories and breakdown fam! This one got me wondering: do you think Jigen was affected by the infinite Tsukuyomi cast by Kaguya, both after receiving the chakra fruit and after her revival during the 4th Great Ninja War?
EDIT: the Rinnesharigan is the only counter we know can handle other Rinnesharigan techniques, which Isshiki does not have. Technically, Isshiki could send Jigen into his own eye dimension for the duration of the enchantment period, but that also begs the question of how he would know how long to wait it out? It always seemed to me that this was an original jutsu devised by Kaguya for the sake of conquering Earth and gathering an army to oppose any Otsutsuki coming after her, so that information would not be known to him.
If what you said about jigen/isshiki needing Amado for help is true and it he needed Amado to scientifically engineer a karma with specifically isshikis dna and not jigens, why does he need kawaki to do it at all especially if he has the ability to give kawaki a new karma that he previously lost. Couldn’t he just keep remaking delta clones giving the clones Kawakis karma with abikis DNA until one took the karma and loved instead of doing all this?

You have to have a karma in the first place. That's why he needs Kawaki, kawaki has otsutsuki genetics and you need otsutsuki genetics to pass on a karma. All Amado did was load Akebi's data into the karma instead of Isshiki. Amado can't just make a karma seal and put it on Delta, he's not otsutsuki. Hope that helps

What if Isshiki, found shibai’s discarded body, fed that body to the ten tails knowing it would bear a very good chakra fruit.
But he was betrayed by kaguya due to her being in love with a human man.
What if the original god tree was made from the 10 tails in shippuden, the 10 tails became the fruit which kaguya (not isshiki) consumed & gained crazy abilities that didn’t require hand signs either.. like shibai was said to not need hand signs.
I believe the fruit kaguya ate was from shibais body being sacrificed to the 10 tails in shippuden during the kaguya arc..
Maybe her being the genetic link via hagoromo & his brother & subsequent reincarnations which gave boruto the resurrected dna of shibai via kaguyas Chaka which I theorize was from shibais dna from the time when isshiki planned to devour it for himself.

Jigen might have put himself in a time space. Only to wake up and search for a good match. However, each time he does that he senses Kaguya's chakra, meaning Black Zetsu. Remembering his last battle with her, he does not want to go near. When Jigen woke up again no more Kaguya and Black Zetsu.
