For my base we could leave base after class and on weekends at phase 2. Every tech school is different. And I don’t think you can travel travel I believe there’s just a radius you can go from base. You’ll have to check with your specific tech school.

Travel...my base does it by milage. So like 250 miles.
Yah I’ve heard diff things from diff bases. Main thing to do is just see from your base
