No you dont the facts are the facts he makes more, with a lawyer or not his child support was going up. Men need to know when the risk isnt worth the fight. He shouldve paid for the back to school BS which would've only cost him 300 max and now hes paying 5x more smh.
No you don't. You simply need to understand the process. After watching about 100 of these videos I can safely do as well as an attorney. In fact most attorneys that I have seen in family court are lazy and useless. I could've represented myself better and saved $1500. Family court has a very specific formula. There are only a few things that caused deviation.
Lawyers guys lawyers…they do payment plans. Use protection, the AAGs office is strictly looking at your money, and they want you to pay for more more people. Both parents absolutely need to both work full time. And need to provide for the children.
The judge can’t modify the visitation schedule but can change the support order to reflect a standard possession order. SMH this King just got fluffed!
This is so true he definitely needs a lawyer because for her to take him back to court because he wouldn’t help her with school clothes would help her throughout it something more than that
No most attorneys do NOT do payment plans for the retainer. And by payment plans they will bill you 10 grand and tell you that you can split the payment in two. That’s not a real payment plan already been through it
She seems controlling and if she qualifies for Medicaid she’s either underemployed or just not trying to do better because apparently dad has been elevating himself in the workforce
I feel bad for this man and the woman as well. Him because he seems to want to be a good dad and her because I know how it feels to ask dad for help and he is reluctant.
That's because they represent us women only. They don't tell u but it's obvious. So if the man has no lawyer his changes are none to slim. But if the mother has no lawyer the court will defend her even though they are not suppose to act as her lawyer but it's what they are doing. Money walk and talk. It's sad for these men who care about their kids.
I always thought they worked for the children. The custodial parent has most of the expense of raising the children so the non custodial parent pays their share of the cost. Moral of the story is don't have babies without considering the cost for the next 18 years.
@dacallins0884 I have watched enough of these cases. They work for the moms. Even when the father is the custodial parents, they treat the fathers differently. I never heard them pushing for retroactive child support from mothers. They also provide free legal advice to the mothers, again even when mom is the non-constudial parent. They should work for the best interest of the child but sadly that's not the case. Fathers should always have their own lawyers.
Men: never, *ever* have children. Just don’t, because it’s always a losing proposition. Your life will be *far* better if you reject the educational/childcare/divorcecourt industrial complex. Never marry; stay independent. Invest your time and money in profitable and income-producing assets. Never, ever allow these family court parasites to delve into, or dictate, your time, your assets, or your life.
A lawyer can’t help this man. The laws are clear. 28 percent for the first kid, 20 percent for the 2 kid, 13 percent for every kid after. If mom is not working it’s 32 percent. My x makes 4K a month and I make anywhere from 190k to 240k. He pays 522.00 a month and has no visitation. He would be wasting money. But he does need a lawyer to get his proper visitation.
Men need to understand that they need a lawyer every time they go to court for anything about any child.

This guy needs a lawyer to make her give home the kids according to the previous agreement
Mr. Jones if you’re reading this DO NOT give this woman another dime more !

Never get married, get a bullet proof pre-nup, don't have so many kids. It can be very hard with money you have to spend for at least 18 years.
This is so true he definitely needs a lawyer because for her to take him back to court because he wouldn’t help her with school clothes would help her throughout it something more than that

Sounds like a caring father.😮
He need to go back and get more time with his kids and if she hasn’t been letting him see the kids according to the order from2018
And he didn’t articulate it well by saying I want the same time.
They better make the mom cancel the taxpayers paid insurance because it’s only fair she pays her half not us.
She seems controlling and if she qualifies for Medicaid she’s either underemployed or just not trying to do better because apparently dad has been elevating himself in the workforce
Why are we paying for these kids to have double insurance? Mine don’t have that. Geez…
This judge is ridiculous!
I feel bad for this man and the woman as well. Him because he seems to want to be a good dad and her because I know how it feels to ask dad for help and he is reluctant.
3 women against 1 man. No way he’d ever win. He needs an attorney. Why can’t Mom get a better job??
She's not supposed to object if she's not the 1 asking questions. that's crazy.
That’s not true
The AAG always works for the mom.

They always work for the custodial parent not just moms. It could be anyone.

I’m a woman and I totally agree with your statement.
Having children might as well be a crime, and you can get 18-21 years of probation for and your baby mama is your probation officer!
