I just used your video today to do my lashes because I am also Asian with super straight lashes. My second one (left eye) turned out better than my right eye since I did my right eye first. They both look better than my super straight lashes. Your video helped tremendously as the first time I tried to do it a few months ago, I couldn't even get the pad to stick. Thank you! I just failed my first attempt and looked for tutorials and found your videos! They are really helpful thank you! They were saying to apply a thin layer of glue and I didn't know how much was a thin layer...I suppose I applied too little that my lashes didn't stick at all... BTW do you know if the applicators are reusable? I kinda just want to go for the same curliness..
Hi Sophie! Thanks for the videos. I watched all your lash lift videos and they were really helpful. Tried this for the first time last night. Glad it worked however they look uneven. As I did a better lash lift on the second eye because I did a better technique. Do you think I could repeat a lash lift on the failed eye right away?
Hello! I’m glad I could help you ☺️ I had the same before, when one was not lifted enough as the other so it looked uneven. I repeated the lash lift on that eye a few days after and it was much better. I’m not sure if this is the advice from the manual, but it worked well for me. So I’m just now getting to put the perm lotion on. I’m stopping the video (and taking even longer lol) as I need to. So my lashes are just so short, straight and… maybe course. I’m not sure if that’s the correct word but Geeze. My glue got all chunked up and now my perm lotion is caked on and… 😮💨😔… I was scared to do this in the first place so I waited until I felt a little more comfortable. Pray for meeee. 😭
I’m glad it was helpful! I’m applying the lotions on my whole lashes, but with a little distance from the roots so it doesn’t get in my eyes. Hope this answers your question ☺️
@@sophieandthemoon thank you so much for the reply! In the instructions it says not to get the lotions on the tips of the lashes I think because they can go frizzy/curly or something? So you don't find this an issue? PS love the french mani they look amazing 🤩
@@mbautista31 now I understand what you mean! I haven’t read the instructions for a while 🤭 I kind of developed my own way of lifting them so it could be a bit different from the manual. But I didn’t experience any problems with applying lotions on the tips, maybe because I’m also only letting them rest for 11 minutes so it doesn’t get frizzy. Hope this helps 😊
@@sophieandthemoon OHHHH yes you're right! I did the full 15 minutes and 12 minutes so I noticed a little bit of frizzing. I'm going to try your method next application with the reduced timings! Thanks again :)
@@kwemchen I didn’t hear when she said she wasn’t going to tint hers so I was just doing mine as she did hers and I over processed the one side so I said forget it and went ahead and tinted my little fried lashes too. 🥹🥲😭

Glad I could help! The pads are definitely reusable but I’m not sure if the applicators are. Maybe if you keep them clean :)

Soooooooo… I wanted to tint mine and I was just following along with you and I took my lift pad off and my eye lashes are fried. They shriveled up……

Hello sorry but never use water on perms … it will have reversed effect…. You should not was for 24hrs
