Hey y'all! Ready to be transported back in time? If you love a star crunch, you can make them at home! They are super simple to make and there is zero baking involved! You gotta try them!

STAR CRUNCH:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel chips/bits
2 tbsp butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups krispy rice cereal
Put the chocolate chips, caramel chips and butter into a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Keep going until everything is melted. It may not look melted, but be sure to stir because looks can be deceiving and you don't want to burn it! It takes me a total of 1 1/2 minutes. Once it's melted, add in the marshmallows...do not stir. Microwave for about 45 seconds or until you see the marshmallows puffing up. Mix until completely combined. Add the cereal and mix well. Spray a little bit of cooking spray on your hands and scoop up 1/4 cup of the mixture. Roll into a ball and place on parchment paper. Carefully smash them down into a star crunch shape. Let them cool completely and enjoy! This will make 6 star crunches (or 7 if you can't measure like me lol).
