MY TAKE AWAY from this podcast, be a whole person, have boundaries, and most importantly, check-in with yourself constantly, cos its really eazy to lose yourself in a relationship. If you feel any kind of discomfort or negative emotions in a relationship, STOP!!! DO NOT MOVE AN INCH FURTHER until you unpack it fully with yourself, don't just dismiss it and plough forward. Every single thing you sweep under the rug for the sake of love & longevity of a relationship, will make its way out of the rug and look you dead in the eye. By then you are too far gone and are left with a shell of the person you once were.

As christians, we are allowed to date without fornication and can break up if there are red flags. The dating period means data collection period. You collect all the information to enable you to make an informed analysis of whether a person is worth going into a binding contract with. Let us not bind ourselves with problematic partners.
1:11:56 Danko Dineo. For putting that point straight…we are not all the same. Some of us get called “simps” because we are happy when our woman is happy…& we are comfortable being with them when the streets are calling (because we take a high standard picking out our partners to begin with). I always take my time before deciding I’m serious enough to go for someone.
@@ScissorN there are many like me. The problem is meeting other good partners…good people often end up with the dodgy lot. Which is why l tend to befriend my interests for a long time before l express any romantic interest. It’s not easy because it has backfired on me when l have now friendzoned myself a couple of times. But that is fine… l have to accept what cards may come my way. And respect a person’s decision…luckily for me l can easily respect others decisions because l understand my approach is not the norm. It’s much better than being with people you think you know in my own opinion. Too many of my friends have rolled the dice only to come back jaded about women… when it was their fault for jumping without looking long enough. But rest assured…there are plenty good men out there.
@@palesagama3394 there are. You just focus on making yourself the best version of yourself you want to be…in that process you will start hanging out where more likely there are like-minded people. Befriend them (and here is where I’ll admit, my approach is easier for a guy as it’s often difficult for women to make moves)…but I am confident that if you just focus on yourself, the right situations will unfold naturally. As a man, I’ll tell you this for free…most of us appreciate a woman who is actively building herself (and already showing through her own life that she’s nurturing (and l don’t mean just exclusively with kids…l mean, with all relationships in general. With her coworkers, with her friends, with her family, with her relationship with her own money and her property)…some might say “hawu, mina anginalutho” even the smallest things Sisi (my pet peeve is when a lady drags her shoes…ayi!!…feels like she’s going to carelessly drag my heart all over the floor😭😂). And lastly…there’s no such thing as the perfect man. All of us are flawed somewhere. Just be prepared to overlook that one thing as long as it’s not major, keep it there with the minor issues. 😅
I liked it when Prudence quoted the scripture that says "where there is no vision people perish" which is on Proverbs 29:18 and she also shared an important message that when you pray for God to make you the suitable woman, the woman He wants you to become in His image then God eveals to you things YOU need to personally work on/ repent from and transform. I will add by Romans 12:2 it says "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will" WOW WHat a powerful teachable podcast. I would like to suggest that more women that are married to orderly Man of God with without affection in their relationship/marriages to come out and start voicing out, tell their story.
Met Sonia in 2010 in Zar, and I’ll never forget what she told me being 20 at the time, young and naive. Not many women that would just just big sister a complete stranger over a first interaction. Thank you!
Divorce is extremely hard. i thought ill have a good marriage too. i married a Social Worker while i am too. well it has been a disaster. there is no manual for it even if you are a marriage counsellor, things may go wrong. you know why? because your job does not describe your character and personality. i truly admire people who really take time to know a person before they can decide to marry them. Involve God too. He is still good and perfect, our heavenly father.
Ngiyamthanda u Dineo guys and how powerful she is!!!! she will never let anyone.....anyone take advantage of her. I can only wish for her power & strength, what a great platform
Dineo is a phenomenal woman, a power house. She has a lot to say from her experience, and she interjects with the guests, but we it's still okay. We love you queen ❤
Arg man thank you queens. As much as I've never been married. This episode spoke to me. And yaz fuck it im keeping my calibacy (1yr 2m) til I marry that good old type of love. Kept fighting my thoughts of giving away the cookie coz of hunger. But now it's fine to allow myself to go through this chapter and sit with the emotions and allow it to do its thing. Because modimo ke star il be fine at the end of the tunnel
Am 1 year into my calibacy am hoping to keep it longer. I get judged a lot cos am in an "age" where I should be having "Kids". Don't pressure yourself God will come through for you.
There is an interview Mpoomy Ledwaba did with Rorisang..she shared why she is still a virgin at her age..think she at her late twenties...she is a born again Christian (Rorisang) u might want to check that interview...her reasons of not engaging in sex are very enteresting...
Oh wow, my 1st marriage literally lasted 8 months, its not easy but as soon as realise this is not for you, even if it's the next day, tsamaya ngwana ko gae...
I enjoyed this episode, my contribution is that rather than praying for a partner l would say pray to be prepared for that relationship you aspire to have( we now speaking character) because EVERYTHING starts within you. You create your own environment. I think that is what Sonia is struggling about, finding her true self then the rest fall into place without suffering. Thanks for the great episode. Light and Love.
The way i am dying for Sonia's story and Dineo flipped the rock and made it all about her. The way i wanna hear Dineo's story..can MCG interview her ,so that we hear all about it. Am not dissing her,she is hurting and needs to vent ,however right now she is a host ,so I wanna hear Sonia and Prudence
As a man I can say it’s interesting watching such a conversation because these are perfect examples of the kind of women we always talk about avoiding so it kind of makes sense that the topic is divorce. I wasn’t expecting to learn from them, hear anything worth applying in my own life or taking serious but the entertainment value is strong
Yeah, it's great content. They are typical examples of women you should avoid if you believe in marriage....They are for recreational use only, no long term commitments... Let them talk long enough and they always tell on themselves
so long term commitment triumphs abusive marriages! Y’all are saying people shouldn’t leave abusive relationships. To hell with the victim; they’ll leave in a coffin????
@@amahlesindi8071 Women have come to a conclusion that ALL men abuse them in marriages yet still want marriages, why not vat n with eo you can leave anytime you feel like it? Marriage is not mjolo... "My husband was abusive, he was controlling, he was a narcissist blah blah"
We love D and she must continue with such conversations, but she talk more about herself its like the platform is about her stories...... Please give guest more chance
Dineo thank you so much for this episode. I could relate on EVERY LEVEL!!!!! Currently on separation, in the middle of the divorce process. Also doing the work, taking accountability for my part, digging deep the root as to how and why I chose him. My ex also seeded the chaos..... there was no peace.
I really enjoyed this episode and could feel the passion in each of the women. I think we need an episode on divorce with men to hear some of their perspectives on what we do wrong as women

I am still to watch ep4 but by far this has been the best one. Enlightening and fun at the same. I do agree with the comment about letting your guests speak and not interrupting but also understand how it happens. Some of these conversations can't be had in the limited time you have and in the same breath we'd lose interest and forget the important points to take away from the show. Also this is a conversation, when someone speaks they spark of points, stories, questions and jokes that are some times hard to hold back and you don't want to forget them. I saw Dineo's response that she is learning and appreciates the feedback. And believe going forward she'll keep them in mind. But you can tell, she has a lot to share with us. To learn and to understand. Topics are not about her, and her life. But many can relate to them. With that mouthful, looking forward to more episodes. Ay ep2 wasn't make sure for me 🙈 almost lost me but I know there's more to learn and to hear. Keep going

It’s much better than being with people you think you know in my own opinion. Too many of my friends have rolled the dice only to come back jaded about women… when it was their fault for jumping without looking long enough.
But rest assured…there are plenty good men out there.
@@BatsiraiMusukaI wish for a breakthrough in my love life. At least you're giving me hope that there are good people out there. 😢
Thank you!
What did she say to you?❤
Everyone in the frame is gorgeous, thanks for chatting with us ladies ❤
Thank you so much Dineo, we are learning a lot and appreciate your honesty
Dineo is a phenomenal woman, a power house. She has a lot to say from her experience, and she interjects with the guests, but we it's still okay. We love you queen ❤
Sonia is so dramatic 🤣🤣🤣
Do not marry potential, marry reality😊 wow thank you Prudence🙌🫂
Dineo’s interruption leaves one with so many questions marks 🤦♀️these people do not get to finish their stories
Eish you know and this show is a must watch but guests had so much listening skills. But Dineo. Yoh I can't
Oh wow, my 1st marriage literally lasted 8 months, its not easy but as soon as realise this is not for you, even if it's the next day, tsamaya ngwana ko gae...
Thanks to Macg Dineo is doing what she loves and it shows. Loving the show❤
We multiply what we receive wow. You are the CEO and I’m the MD of the family.
Where there’s no vision people perish.
Ladies, thank you
Thank you Dineo for this. Am so glad you joined the network.
This podcast is on its way to being the most emotionally healing show in Africa.
What do you make of their experiences?
@@livelikesong I don’t make anything of them. These are exactly the types of women you would expect to have failed marriages
Love watching this. What do you think about only having one guest at a time?
I agree, we would get soo much more from each guest with less interruptions. ❤️
True 😫
I agree too
We love D and she must continue with such conversations, but she talk more about herself its like the platform is about her stories...... Please give guest more chance
Dineo finding the Guy who is not treated by her……oh girl power.
I'm not one to comment but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed this episode.😊 I also LOOOOVE Sonia, so maybe that's why🤣🤣.
That was great. I wish they can come back Dinny, we did not hear much from your guest.... please if possible do P2🙏
It’s funny how this soul ties apply when people are not in relationships and pause when they move between relationships 😅😅😂
🤣🤣🤣hmmm you're onto something here king
😂I'm not laughing
It's a spirit on a mission to destroy. It's only activated when there's something good going on.
Dinny you are always amazing cc, been divorced for amost 3yrs now so wish that one day could find courage to talk about it
Dineo thank you so much for this episode. I could relate on EVERY LEVEL!!!!! Currently on separation, in the middle of the divorce process. Also doing the work, taking accountability for my part, digging deep the root as to how and why I chose him. My ex also seeded the chaos..... there was no peace.
Am caught up.... I was passing by now i find myself hooked up.... Dineo is so wise ,her wisdom is overflowing.... Big ups Di ❤ #theeChiller
This was a beautiful episode , I loved it . I almost cried with Sonia too.
I really enjoyed this episode and could feel the passion in each of the women. I think we need an episode on divorce with men to hear some of their perspectives on what we do wrong as women
Loving the consistency.
Right , it’s giving shame ♥️
Sonia is so elegant ❤️
Totally agree
I love you so much Dinny. You speak such wisdom when you speak .❤️

Submission and obedience two different things. I am not giving up either Dinny...I love, love. I am waiting on my ancestors to bring that man for me
What Sonia said about the trend of a South African men, she’s spot on

This interview was heartbreaking but I wish they had let Sonia finish her kitchen counter top story
And how she was a bet
Neh…. I wish she could have finished that
Neh…. I wish she could have finished that
This actually made me open my eyes to my current situation...I'm ready to those the chapter
Wow…I’ve learnt thank you ladies❤❤
Keep going
