book Unveiling Your Hidden Pontential by Bruce Thornwood can change your life. Habit must be not outcome based but rather identity based. Stay blessed.

I really love how you explain complex topics in a simple way.

Freaking good. Thanks! I feel like people are missing the fact that everything should be simple.

Great video! Do you recommend a longer break after the second block of work?

Right now, I do schedule and plan the day beforehand with objectives and time blocks, but a lot of times still somehow end up confused. I push myself to get stuff done but my brain is sometimes empty and takes an insane amount of effort just to get knowledge bites, then there is the complication of feeling guilty for being able to cite specific articles or scientists and, doing that without also having a choppy model of reality is quite difficult sometimes. I guess I will create steps for each day as a phase allocated to each day on a particular subject like, outlining, researching and studying, and next day is only doing outlining and creating article/RUclips video which can be complicated if I have an idea and I then have to check the validity of it without spending like three hours taking notes😂

Good video. What do you recommend people do during the 30-min break? I assume using your phone would make starting work again difficult

Take a quick walk. Fresh air gets the brain going and the lack of input relaxes the brain. Dan Koe has a great video on this "walking is your super power"
