I Guess When you Maxed your offense (like baracks, dark baracks, army camps, heroes, spell factory, bark spell factory) for your current th level and then all storages and then you can upgrading your collectors and mines and drill I hope this helps you🎉

I do collectors last always because farming with multiplayer battles is better anyway
