Most of Goju Ryu katas are short, the only actually long (long as f**** by the way) is my dear Suparinpei. But, excluding Suparimpie, all Goju black belt katas are short, specially Shisochin and Sesan.
@@KevinRodriguez-vd7vf simply, talking in the competitive way, Sepai and Kururunfa are longer then Shisochin and Sesan. They also have a higher difficulty level. And, of course, I don't even need to start to talking about Suparinpei lol. I personaly like both, Sesan and Shisochin, but i had to admite, they just aren't good enough to compete in a high level...
Way too stiff. This is a Goju Ryu Kata. It’s all about block soft and strike hard. He is much too stiff. My sensei used to say Karate is similar to making love. If you are to stiff it will end too soon. You need to show the soft side of karate.
