    Hello Mike...
I hope you get to read all of our post's to this video. Triumph kept me alive and saved my live as a teen. I listened over and over to these songs on Allied Forces. I was an only child caught between my parents hatred for each other. I could not escape from my hell. Your music gave me hope to keep breathing and live another day. I'm 58 now. It is hard to listen to these songs today and not be taken right back to the horrible situation and life I was living back then.
As painful of a memory it is to listen, your songs are a cornerstone of my life and of survival.
    Thank you!

Yes, they are bombarded with faster than light over load of digital information that makes a simple thing like a record lp with liner notes seem utterly uninteresting. There is no need for that type of art anylore that you can hold in your hands or display. It's all digital now. I am ok with that, but it's still a shame it's not valued anymore.

When my son was a boy, about 5 or 6, he was pouring through my records. He happened upon The Monkees first album. He read it front and back over and over until he'd almost memorized the liner notes. When I was a teenager I'd take my allowance and go to the whichever record store was close. It sounds weird but I always enjoyed the smell of a freshly opened record. Mike is spot on, you don't get that experience downloading a piece of software. Loved Triumph by the way.

Mike Levine you said exactly how your fans felt about it also. I will never forget seeing you guys in I think Fort Worth Texas early 80s. Had never heard of you and was just blown away. Thank you for all the amazing music and memories. Still listening to this day. Magic power motivated me so much it gave me the positive mindset that I could do anything and the world was mine. he's right, it was cool to have the actual album in hand whether on record, cassette, and even cd. i used to sit there after buying a new album and learn the lyrics by reading them while listening, looking at the pics, admiring the art work, and even checking out the credits to see who all put work into it. and it was fun listening to a whole album because you could pick out your favorite song on it. it just isn't the same these days. on a slightly different note my 3 favorite power trios is rush, triumph, and the grossly underrated zebra. would've been cool to had seen all of them in one concert.

I was sitting next to my friends mom, who took us to the show (we were in middle school). Dont get me wrong, I just love Rick, and he sounds like a great guy too, but this is the first time I see Mark Levine in an interview and I really like it. Dont want to sound like an old fart, but this is music I can relate to. And it was the most wonderful time in my life. I like to think of music as like a timeline of your life, and this is why we always love the music of our younger years. I heard something once:" I'm young now, I wild now, I want to be free, I got the magic power of the music in me..." Enough said.

Too young for the concerts, but wasn't too young for the albums. I always wondered if RUSH was a little jealous of them, as RUSH hadn't dropped "Moving Pictures" yet, and that other 3 man Canadian band was smoking them on the charts. I did eventually get too see Triumph with original members in 83- 85ish, before the breakup, seen that other Canadian band probably 10- 15 times. They used to play in Johnson City, TN and Asheville, NC every year, before they started doing the stadium rock tours.
