hi lovies!! im planning on moving soon, so i spent a week down in Tampa to get some apartment searching done. im looking for something affordable & nice. i have a few options to choose from and really looking forward to moving, exploring the city & meeting new people. if you live in Tampa & have any apartment/area suggestions feel free to leave it in the comments or what you like about Tampa. It seems to be a trendy, up & coming city. I even binged watched Selling Tampa and got more excited to move there lol. plus it’s near other cool cities too. I’m trying to move to tampa from Atlanta in the next month and I thought it would be slightly cheaper….not at all!!!!! Tampa is basically the same!
So true! I lived in Atlanta too thinking Florida would be a little cheaper, but prices are going up everywhere. So now it’s more the location for me.

@@vhutch11 I went to Clearwater beach when I was down there and thought it was really beautiful! I spend a lot a time at Jacksonville beach and have decided to move to jax for a yr or so and if I don’t like it tampa would def be the next move.

I’m not entirely too sure on that but the 1st ones riverpointe are pretty close to usf i believe. you can also try facebook groups for usf or just apartments in Tampa and apartments.com

Exactly that! 😂 Lol funny enough I ended up living on the 1st floor where I moved but not in Tampa. Haven’t had any of those issues knock on wood but lizards!!!
