Caribbean kids know this song, bar for bar, word for word. Our parents blasted this on Sundays. Memories! I didn’t realize what a masterpiece the song was until now.

Remember hearing gyptian singing all these nice songs when I was a kid .......when I tried to sing them my parents gave me that look 😂😂😂....but anyways all good memories
Love this song I remember when this first come out I was 12 back in 2006 !!! used to play this everyday I'm going to be 29 this year and still an absolute fav of mine ❤
This The first music I memories since I was 14 am still loving like never before this what makes legend a legend this man is one of them (2023 still a hit )
Hoy después de once años escucho esta música sin dolor sin rencor cuando me prometieron casarnos con esta música en la entrada de nuestra boda Pero no guardo rencor 😢
I remember being up at nights at university writing papers to this . It would keep my company when my fiancee broke off the engagement, each time I hear it . It gives me real nostalgia ❤❤❤
mano que nostalgia, ouvia essa maravilha de música na minha infância, bateu uma lembraça de quando jogava bola na chuva com meus amigos, eu era feliz e não sabia.
When the artist use to use chocolate chip cookies in their video’s, oh how I missed those days! The days of good music and real good vibes ✨🫶🏾 Gyptian mi love you 😘
I remember when this song came out live it I do and yes anytime we Jamaicans leave home we really do get home sick. Sometimes u look at the people back home on Facebook eating strictly authentic Jamaican foods and enjoying the weather I just get angry lol am from the country, Manchester, weather always good and it's cool there but here I. Canada -40 -50 not good at all
Well it's a big change but a necessary one. Jamaica sweet no doubt about that but economically Jamaica is going down due to the fact that the government are mostly white collar criminals. Plus in the rural areas there is not much opportunities either so had to make a choice as I want achieve at a high level. And c myself as a progressive element in society. A couple on my friends r in Jamaica locked up as the system sometimes forces people to do anything to survive so for me opportunity came up and u made a choice :-)
Yes, I understood the economic situation. My question was in regards to Canada of all places to go. It's almost like the polar opposite. You could have gone to Florida or even Ga to kind of match your home environment. What drew you to Canada?
lol well I have lots of family in America 9 aunts and an uncle non of them never tried to help even though I suggested but a friend of mine we grew up together I known him from birth he got a chance to come here and he got me up here for work so I had no choice so had to come canada
