I just played against a godly diggi.. he was soo irritating and then out of curiosity came here to check how to play him. And yess I think diggi can be very irritating if he doesn't use feeding strategy.

I took this as a compliment. You need to annoy them, you need to delay their farm by draining their life with your bombs in their jungle. You just need to be an a*hole. They will hate you, this will trigger them. That's how you need to play this fluffy fat bird.
there is actually as strat that is called feeding diggie which diggie is actually feeding the enemy's core but do not gain anything so in the late game the core would be so weak. but i guess it does not work now in the latest update.

It’s hilarious how underrated Diggie really is. I played him as a sidelaner and got to mythic. That bird is so good at poking enemies and making fighter have an awful time laning.
Man, ever since he got his Ultimate nerfed (Less shield he and his allies get for it), Diggie is not the same annoying bird as before xD I highly think they should shorten the delay the bomb has when is launched, considering how quick the metagame has come. Or at least reduce the cooldown for his bombs to get a stack
@@AWildRaito feed strat is not the way the game is intended to be played by moonton. That’s why they ‘nerfed’ the feed strat by allowing enemy hero to keep gaining gold even after killing feeder heroes for the 20th. So in a sense, feeding strat is actually feeding the enemy team endless gold.
@@AWildRaito I main as Diggie and I can say that feeding strategy is only possible if the other 4 players can carry the team and they have good map awareness which is rare. You can still provide visibility for the team without dying by planting bombs randomly in the map. I would rather be alive supporting the team with my bombs, reverse time, and shield than be a dead and provide enemy visibility.
@@lostmusic99 He does decent with them, but he is Slow Hands Masarap. He gets the kills due to good map awareness but otherwise he would really struggle.
My tip to get an easier win is, try to say this everytime you died : "Sorry for my bad positioning" "Sorry for my bad timing" etc Trust me, it worked for me and I often got an easier win ✨❤️
Hey Beto, if you ever decide to try out fanny, maybe try building: Beast Killer(Raptor Machete if Primary early carry)/Bloodlust Axe/Antique Cuirass/Cursed Helmet/Ice Queen wand and then an a defense/offense item or even necklace of durance I used to play as a global fanny, and I've found this build is fun to sustain and support your team in the late game. It's durability makes it useful to practice cabling as well, so give it shot!
I love Diggie! He's even able to kill enemies with very low HP when he's dead. It's a pity that many use him just for feeding without not knowing that this strategy doesn't work anymore. But they didn't understand this strategy anyway
Actually it still works if you play it right, many people blindly feed him in the early game and that will make the enemy catch up easily during the mid game. I play solo in mythic 1 and I used the diggie strategy that me and my friend refined and it can give your team a 10k gold gap within 10-11 minutes

For people who is inexperienced at the game then yes you can easily turn the tides, but alot of players nowadays know what to do when there's a diggie doing the strategy, and the only thing to counter that is who's using diggie has to be experienced at the game and has kwonledge

Fun fact, although Burmese Ghouls came second in M2 but their Diggie strategy have met no solution/counter, teams beat them by banning the Diggie. For those matches that Diggie was allowed, they win with a huge margin. Pauloexpert did a great review on the game plays. Including mechanism and team composition.
