Thank you Mr. Ortiz for the information. I won the jury trial and Appeal for wrongful termination. My attorney received $1.6 million dollars and quit my case. Even though salary disparity was mentioned as one of the causes of action, it was not brought up during trial. The salary disparity continues. I need an attorney who can represent me in court. Two areas are a) judgement is pending b) salary discrimination.

Ok listen to your video.. and on the part where say strong cases have a chances of loosing as well. You say a witness could die(how unless he was killed by the defendant lol) or other factors. So my question.. if you have ..DIRECT EVIDENCE it’s kinda hard to loose unless human error comes into play.
How about when your a new employee (male) and the female supervisor acting nice while walking to show what job im going to do next, and pats me in the ass with a empty plastic roll cardboard tube? Thats ok for a woman to do that?
Ummm I think 🤔 that's not nothing to blow over about. Now if she touches your genitals without permission then that's sexual harassment. Or grabbing your butt and squeezing it without your permission is an sexual assault.
