Massive MASSIVE amount of respect for Martyn. He was my inspiration to get into trials in the first place and his single page was the sole reason I bought MBUK each month, for years. I don’t mind admitting that he’s caused me to shed tears a couple of times! Firstly when I heard about his accident and secondly when I saw the first video of him back on a bike again. Also have a huge amount of respect for Danny too. After life got in the way for me, I didn’t ride for years and so Danny was my second inspiration to get back into biking again! He’s also introduced me to some awesome bands with the extraordinary tune choices on his videos. Loved this! Forcing world class riders to ride without brakes or steering, and without a clear view, is a kind of psychological torture/therapy - very entertaining! Great banter, always refreshing to hear a top rider say what they AREN'T good at. Also thought it encapsulated Danny Mac that he decided to push the boundaries and try standing on the saddle/bars. Random Tandem is an absolutely genius idea!

My daughter and I tandemed a lot when she was younger - it was the perfect adaptation for her disability. You've taken it to the next level! And just in case you didn't know, it is terrifying being the stoker no matter what the situation - I think she is way braver than me, to ride back there all those years. I totally love the random tandem. This is what bikes are about, having fun outside with your mates. I can only imagine the fear of riding with Marty though. I think about riding passenger in a car where I have a gas pedal, but my friend has the wheel and the brakes... Sounds terrifying!
