    Thank you for this one! I've been doing SL RDLs for some time now, but only getting inconsistent full glute med engagement--now I know why. I tried a set on each side following your guidance, and even unweighted it's more difficult, but also finally feels exactly right. I'm so glad to be able to do this great exercise properly, so that maybe I can actually kick my ITB issues--wonderful!
