after sudo apt update when its time enter password it will not let me pass just allows for characters and says incorrect password
sudo apt install build-essential dkms linux-headers-$(uname -r)
tell people to enable virtualization first
does it erase your main pc?
yeah unfortunately it does
If you mean the "erase disk" part, since you're doing on a Virtual Machine, it won't do anything! If it was installed on your main PC instead, it would do what it says.
If you do exactly how is explained in the video, nothing will be done in your host machine. Just in the virtual environment.
