    Yo creía que la tapioca eran algun tipo de semillas, las había comprado en unos postres de pudín de vainilla con tapioca, hasta ahora que las empece a ver en algunas bebidas frías me entero de que son otra cosa y me puse a buscar vi otros videos que no muestran con claridad y otros que hacen perlas con sabores y al fin llegó a este video que si muestra lo que son y como se hacen, con mucha claridad,
    Muchas gracias ❤❤❤❤

  • @Lil_Cod4

    Hey creator of this on to let you know that this works instantly good it’s just mine is a little bit way to sticky but it still works very well. I use tapioca starch like you tell me to, and I put it onto the sticky mixture and it doesn’t make it sticky anymore on the inside. It’s sticky, but on the outside, and then I can just roll it into balls, and then I’ve got tapioca pearls, and then I usually put it into a strainer. Then I put it into a ball it into a bowl and then I’ll put a little bit of water on it so just so it is just submerged and then I put in the microwave for one minute it’s still works

    1) What's the purpose of covering the dough with plastic wrap while you ball it out?
    2) After cooking, instead of storing in fridge for 2-3 days max can I freeze them and just warm them up by boiling for a few?

    • @agataaga2829
      @agataaga2829 2 года назад +7

      1- so the dough doesn't dry up, by covering it we make sure it stays more flexible and easier to roll out
      2- I have noticed that's its easier to store them uncooked- you just roll them out and put them in your freezer, then boil them when you want them fresh!

      @mjay8488Depending if you bought the tapioca starch or made it yourself, you shouldnt eat cassava products raw.
      Cassava or Yuca contain cyanide compounds; removing the skin and heating long enough are the only ways to destroy these compounds. If you bought tapioca flour then you should be ok (compounds destroyed during processing), but if you're making this from tapioca starch you made yourself: you should always cook thoroughly.
