July 4 , booked my vacation in March . Pool broke down early June. None of the guests were notified about this. 197$ resort fee that nobody mentions, and rooms are not clean. You have to tell them 24 hrs in advance. I had to buy my own toilet paper. The alarm was going off in the middle of the night. They knew about that too, but no one would fix it. The AC unit turns off at night. I was sweating and couldn’t go back to sleep. This is why the place sucks. Look up the reviews on google, it’s 100% accurate. Any good reviews are paid for because none of experienced anything good.
