I hate building on those penthouses, so I am SO happy you built this!!!! I have an interior design Sim on a penthouse lot right now and I hate what I built for her, I'm gonna move her into this
If you want to do another pent house lot maybe you could use one of these ideas! Maybe a large family apartment and the grandparents live there too! And another idea would be to make like a little, eco, tiny home rooftop village kinda thing!?

This is so cool!! I don't usually build on that lot, but you may have changed my mind. Also love the shape of the build! It's just so unique. The glass roof piece makes it feel a bit more modern while still letting in light for the plant babies.

I know I'm late but a heads up if you do more penthouses. You need the elevator to be in its own little room. When sims come to visit they will chill in the kitchen until someone invites them in. Hate that the game works that way but you still do need a lobby/waiting room and a 'front' door

No way my fear of heights is triggered theres no fence around the edges of a sky rise big gusts of wind your dead, a small child your dead, you drop something you probably killed whoever's was standing on the street
I love it! how were you able to upload it to the gallery with platforms? or does it count as a lot and not an apartment? I have an apartment with platforms but it won't let me upload it because each platform needs to be a room. and there's no walla to delete to make it one 😅

This is almost unrelated to the build but I have only built one penthouse in the sims. I'm to scared to do more because of my fear heights. Just thinking about being that high up scares me from building penthouses

I’ve been inspired to do a contemporary build but the shapes just don’t come naturally to me. I really like this, especially the sky light😍

penthouses upload as regular house lots. apartments dont work for uploading with platforms unfortunately :(

Coming up on a year since the platform update and we still can't upload apartment builds to the gallery with platforms...oh ok guess.
