Good to see you two getting some nice weather. Wettest May in seventy four years out here in Puget Sound country and I struggle to get out maybe once a week if I can get a break. Enjoyed the tour of Fairmont. Just saw Lectric advertising the light on tv this week, really cool to see that!😎
How’s it going cy fels! It’s great to hear from you. I know your pain…it’s been one of the wettest here as well but we finally got a nice weekend. We just went out again today, Memorial Day, so I have a couple videos I’m working on right now. I’ve been seeing some Lectric commercials on tv as well. I’m glad to see they are doing so well. They have great products! Hang in there…the weather has to turn around soon. 😄👍
Great Video as usual and as always, you both seem to always have a great time riding together. Nice looking downtown y'all have there. You were pretty much right about the second guy from the left on the wall mural. His name is Jessie L. Brown. He was the first Black American Naval Aviator and he was from my hometown right here in Hattiesburg, MS. Keep on Riding!
Thanks La Von! We really do have a great time being out riding together. We like our little town too…not to big and not to small…just right for us 😀. I really appreciate you giving me Mr Brown’s name. I should know that since I was a history major in college. But I always have trouble with names. That part of our country’s history is really skimmed over a lot of the time and I like to shine a light on it any chance I get. Thanks again for stopping by and sharing with me.
@@ReflectionsofOurLife No worries Lol. I'm not the best at history either. I only know Mr. Brown's specific history because he is (was) from my town and he is (was) definitely a star here. Looking forward to your next video and have a blessed week.
Good to see you all back out riding. I just can't seem to get the time to get out but will soon hop on the bike and get some good rides in. Can relate to the problem of weather and grass cutting! We have quite a few acres of grass to cut and it just seems like we finish and have to start all over! Frustrating for sure. Typical spring though! Enjoy your videos as always! Thank you for sharing!🙂👍💕
Thanks Karen! And wouldn’t you know it…it’s rained every day since. I’ll have to mow the next sunny day we get. We have a small yard living in town but my parents have several acres and like you, are constantly cutting their grass. Looking forward to getting those dryer summer days soon!
Hi, Amazon or Walmart has a nice cargo wire basket that hangs on your handlebars with a handle to remove it. Black wire. I bought one. 20.00 handy for impromptu store runs. On sale now at Wally world. 😎
Hi guys! Glad to see ya! I only have 60 miles on mine. he he Only been riding at campgrounds of which we've been to two so far. Finding nice bike trails at each, but they aren't very long. Wife keeps her adventure to the campgrounds while I'll explore. I'm still not comfortable riding around people, you guys make it look so easy. While coasting, my miles per hour goes to zero, does yours do that?
Hi Bert! I apologize for taking so long to get back to you but your message got lost in the shuffle. I went camping with some buddies in a motor home and wish we would have had enough room to bring my bike. I went to Lancaster, PA with my uncle and cousin to see an engine and tractor show. I guess it just takes practice to be able to maneuver around in tight quarters. My speed shows correctly when coasting unless I'm actually going zero miles per hour. I'm not sure why yours would show zero while coasting.
Hi, your streets are so clean. I have to dodge truck tires & busted glass on mine. (The occasional drunk or dope head) also. Gunfire is a favorite sport here, mostly by police & our gentle jungle creatures. 🤣
Back in the 70s, WV had to be one of the dirtiest states when it comes to trash being thrown down anywhere. Fortunately, we've made great improvements and would rank us right up there with some of the cleanest now. We rely so heavily on tourism that it has been a huge point of emphasis. It really makes it nice when you're out trying to enjoy the views! 😎
I'm sure that's a great mirror but I kind of like our bar end mirrors that I have on the two Lectric bikes. I guess its whatever you get used to. I also like that it folds down and out of the way when folding the bikes for transport. But I need to get one for the Rattan before too long for sure!

Beautiful day and ride.
Glad to see yall out.
Thanks Janet! And wouldn’t you know it…it rained the next day and today as well 😩

Thanks again! Memorial Day weekend is looking good so I’m hoping we can get a great trail ride in!
Great to see you back! I struggle for riding time too between raindrops and lawnmowing. Loved your rant....from another 300 lb. guy :)
Hi Dan…I’m glad it came across ok and you understood me. I was just trying to explain myself and worried that it would sound bad.
Glad you guys are riding. Sidewalk you videoed in the rain can double as a bike ramp/jump
Hahaha! You’re right Tiffin Happy! The tree roots have played havoc on that part!

Loved your ride today.
Thanks. Hopefully the weather will cooperate a little more soon.

Great tip…I’ll have to pick one up. Sounds like that would come in handy! ✌️

We did…thanks!

Mirror Mechow is the best mirror I have ever seen. 23.00 amazon. Have them on all my bikes. Don't be Karen's hood ornament.

@@ReflectionsofOurLife I have the end mirrors on my secondary bars. My main bars are so wide I kept bumping the end mirrors.
That makes sense…I have mine on the Lectric 1.0s which have shorter handlebars.
