it's even more beautiful having read the inspiration, to know the life story of St. Therese of Lisieux (The Story of a Soul - the most published and read autobiography in human history, which many Christians are unaware of), which inspired St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who were both inspired in word and deed - and name - by St. Teresa de Avila... 3 utterly astonishing, brilliant women, devoted to the true faith given to St. Peter by Christ.....so we are all called to do small things with great love (check out song of same name by Danielle Rose...,today being the feast of St. Kateri Tekakwitha, the "Lily of the Mohawks) who lived out this same spirituality under rejection and persecution.... in imitation of Christ's passion (notice the beautiful stations of the cross in the video background) ... the music is all the more heavenly taking place in a consecrated church in the presence of Christ in the Blessed sacrament...beauty begets beauty, and true art, music and architecture glorify God...listen to all of Audrey Assad's music; God sings through her, just as He still works through Therese, Teresa and Kateri....Totus Tuus, as St. John Paul II reminds us))

This is so similar to the music I am working on, documenting my journey from seeker to believer and the struggles to and through it. It's so hard to do it alone, but I don't feel as isolated now that I have stumbled across this collaboration. I am so grateful that so many wonderful, anointed people are performing such God-Breathed art. I am in awe of Madison. Mother Teresa was a tremendous conduit for God's work; it still lives in others now. May we all do little things with great Love.
This is from St Therese of Lisieux's writings, a.k.a. the little flower. She was a cloistered Carmelite Nun who died at the age of 24 in her convent. A beautiful young soul who lived to pray for others because she realised that nothing we can do is as good as God's action. :) Thank you for your perseverance in the faith and for offering your gifts to Jesus. He sees it all and just loves it. :)

it's even more beautiful having read the inspiration, to know the life story of St. Therese of Lisieux (The Story of a Soul - the most published and read autobiography in human history, which many Christians are unaware of), which inspired St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who were both inspired in word and deed - and name - by St. Teresa de Avila... 3 utterly astonishing, brilliant women, devoted to the true faith given to St. Peter by Christ.....so we are all called to do small things with great love (check out song of same name by Danielle Rose...,today being the feast of St. Kateri Tekakwitha, the "Lily of the Mohawks) who lived out this same spirituality under rejection and persecution.... in imitation of Christ's passion (notice the beautiful stations of the cross in the video background) ... the music is all the more heavenly taking place in a consecrated church in the presence of Christ in the Blessed sacrament...beauty begets beauty, and true art, music and architecture glorify God...listen to all of Audrey Assad's music; God sings through her, just as He still works through Therese, Teresa and Kateri....Totus Tuus, as St. John Paul II reminds us))

This is so similar to the music I am working on, documenting my journey from seeker to believer and the struggles to and through it. It's so hard to do it alone, but I don't feel as isolated now that I have stumbled across this collaboration. I am so grateful that so many wonderful, anointed people are performing such God-Breathed art. I am in awe of Madison. Mother Teresa was a tremendous conduit for God's work; it still lives in others now. May we all do little things with great Love.
This is from St Therese of Lisieux's writings, a.k.a. the little flower. She was a cloistered Carmelite Nun who died at the age of 24 in her convent. A beautiful young soul who lived to pray for others because she realised that nothing we can do is as good as God's action. :) Thank you for your perseverance in the faith and for offering your gifts to Jesus. He sees it all and just loves it. :)
