      @@FixitAll maybe I might do that in my home where I can monitor closely but seems too much risk for paying customer

      Concrete floor, solid free of movement iron pipe and flange, new bolts, In my view, this toilet will seat there at list next 25 years.
      And as I say all the time for my customers - you have my number, if something going wrong - my visit and repair will be free of charge, because this was my installation.

    A Fernco FTS-3 works a lot easier.

      Probably, but customers can't wait for delivery and who knows if it will fit well.

      @@FixitAll I know that they fit well. Why? Because that is all I use now. I order them before I even start to remove any toilet.

      @@FixitAll Just remember that you still need to have the bottom of the ceramic really clean. I use rubbing alcohol. Make sure you have it centered before you press it down. Once it is stuck it is stuck.
