Lord of the lost will rock the stage in Liverpool
I am glad that the interviewer asked that question about "Blood and glitter, sweet and bitter, we're so happy we could die" at 2:35 because it finally gave them the opportunity to explain what some people seem to misunderstand about the lyrics of this song (either because said people don't know the saying in english, or because they are trying hard to dislike everything they can about this entry) ! It is more of a Carpe Diem type of sentence. Thanks to Klaas for easing the whole communication setting, and to Chris for his very clear explanations ;-)
Last year Amanda sang about dying together, ripping her heart out and meeting on the other side, and no one said a word against it.
There are so many sayings and sentences with "death" and "dying" that mean nothing wrong or bad. Dying to try, to love smb to death and so on
@@lina-qu5jk well, we know that some people (many of us in fact) have very big biases when it comes to specific topics/arts. But when people are afraid of the words "blood" or "death" or whatever...I wish that they were honest with themselves and recognized it, instead of trying to blame someone else for their fear.
I love that band!
The song is a very happy one, it's good Chris clarified it. People tend to judge their song by their looks and it's not negative nor dark 💖
I also think it was important to clear up this sentence. Probably it is not understood in this way in other countries.
