First of all the testing is wrong. Always test under same pre conditions. In the Redmi Note 5 Pro You have 2 sim cards and in Y2 u have none. This is a big blunder and how in the hell would u compare two mobiles under different conditions?

Shuruat me hi isne bataya ki y2 3gb ram wala phone hai to it is not right and camera me bhi back dona ka same hai or front me bhi kuch jyada farak nhi hai 16mp bhi sahi hai

They will replaced the Refurbished motherboard into our mobile.( Refurbished mean Second Hand motherbord ) Always We will face big problem that is Head phone issue and Subord issue. Mother board price around 6k to 7k dependupon mobile price. Subord price 250 Rs Service charge 450 + GST and SGST +100 total we need to pay 800. These all thing are worst. Redmi company. Vivo and Oppo mobile very expensive those Mobiles are no any single issues.
