    League coaches literally misuse the term min/max all the time. I don't think they really understand what it means...

      Minimax: to optimize your gameplay such that the opponent has the lowest options (or minimum) in terms of maximum achievable points.

      @@cascoopman You maximize one quality or strong trait about your champion and minimize the weak ones (e.g. as an ADC you would usually go full glass cannon--max damage, min resistances/health).

      True. But that definition originated from rpg like runescape. Let's assume that a league coach, who's job is to analyse (moba) games, probably refers to the term originated from game theory. There they use minimax instead of min/maxing. So I believe they use the wrong word but they refer to the theoretical concept. In fact, I just think they say minmax to refer to optimizing in general. @@brotendo
