amazing and informative vlog! thanks for sharing! I'm just curious, is the train going directly to Krakow? Im visiting there and might do a side trip to Lviv
Thank you so much for watching! Our train went to Przemyśl and then we had to change trains to get to Krakow. As far as we know, there is no direct train from Lviv to Krakow at the moment. Hope that helps!
My dear kids ! Just started watching the second Ukrainian part about. Lviv. Honestly it is more informative and interesting. More than complaints about cars breakdowns. Please just no offend, okay? You asked my opinion.😮. Lvov... Nostalgia Very touching to see Lviv s streets, architectures, and cafes. What? Reminds grandma s food? How does honey cake /medovik/, familiar taste, seems like...? Ha-ha !😊. So, go back to watching the rest of the video. Goodbye for now. Love you.! ❤
By mistake I jumped to Parr 3 your Ukrainian trip and missed 2-nd video with all its events. It is said to watch your Miss adventure with funny and awful bureaucratic events. This is not only a Noble mission, there were tests, unpredictable trials of endurance and patientce, problematic , unusual and alarming situation, endless car breakdowns, even danger awaited you everywhere. But thanks God you made this voyage with dignity. Amy always smiles and looks for positivity everywhere (candy bar presented on the border, 😊"rain started in Lviv, but it's okay 🆗.)Aleks... If you cannot see his face on the video you can always see his feet in turquoise sneakers next to Amy. Loyal Guard! Keep it up guys!👍
HI, I loved your video! I have a very important question which I am hoping you could help answer me. I am planning on going to Lviv during August time, I am a citizen of England however I only have a Polish passport. Would they let me in and back out without a problem? What do you think? Please let me know, thanks!
I don't think you'd have any issue getting in and out of Ukraine with a Polish passport! We had many Polish passport holders on our train from Lviv to Przemyśl :)
I'll try to look for the actual name of the cafe but my phone is showing that I took the video inside of it at the corner of Staroievreiska St and Halytska St so it's around there! And the hotel is Best Western Lviv Market Square 😊
@@Saint-Claire_88 But don't change all money at a train station , just a little amount needed (for transport and meal) - as the rate there is usually a bit higher. There are lots of exchange points in a city. If you need some help or advise - ask staff in any bar, cafe etc - as usual they speak english.
I read about many male whole returned to Ukraine and was instantly recruited to army, so Aleks is lucky that they didnt catched him. He is in years to be yanked into it.. (even if he does not live there)
That's misinformation. Ukraine mostly has to play by the rules. Forcing a holder of a foreign passport into battlefield would be scandalous and overall a violation.

Олександре, які до дітька голубуцы? У Львові є тільки голубці.
Whats the name of the Café at 05:30? and what was the name of your hotel?

@@amyandaleks Thank you :)
The cafe at 05:30 is “Цукерня” (Cukiernia)
@@Radionsobolev That is not the one
@@Beatbreaker34 that’s the one. They made new interiors not so long ago, and in Google you see old pictures. But it’s the one, I visit it time to time
Hi, can we change euros with for hryvnia in Ukraine ?
We think we remembered seeing cash change kiosks in the train station! We used the ATM to take out hryvnia so we know that works as well :)
@@amyandaleks Thank you for answer

You are from Wales with an accent like that.. shame..
LVIV is too close to Poland/Slovakia so there is nothing exciting about. you should show us KIYV or Charkov at least :D
Kharkiv, no Charkov in Ukraine. They are just as good, but very different and unique
I'm not crazy enough to visit a country that's at war. Although I wish Ukraine all the best but I continue to support them from a distance.
you will be shocked, but in Ukraine the streets are safer than in the USA if you travel in the western part. Just don't ignore the air raid warning.
@@vladkudrya9615 i wasn't planning on visiting the American nuthouse neither. There are more crazy trumpers there than inhabitants in Ukraine.
Totally understand! The support is appreciated regardless of where you are ❤️
