shykrazie, They are slow, they make wind noise at highways speeds witch you be easily annoying. Great mileage and great look an the SR witch is what I have.
I purchased a 2017 Sentra SV, with the Sunroof/Alloy Wheel package. I purchased a "Super Black" model, which is the best looking color for this vehicle (in my opinion). While this car isn't a sports car, I'm actually impressed with what I got for the money. The interior is generally quiet and good quality for the segment. I have put almost 40,000 miles on in the last twelve months, because I used to commute very long distances to work. I don't understand why so many people are complaining about this car, too much drama. This is meant to be a commuter car and if you don't do the necessary maintenance and take care of the car, the CVT may die. I would highly recommend this car to anybody looking for a vehicle. If you have a bit more to spend, consider the new 2019 Nissan Altima that will be for sale this summer (2018).

I got the 2015 5 months ago, nothing has changed besides the Steering wheel, front grill, better suspension, better display screen and the change I want, the blind spot detection.

I own a used 2013 Sentra with the 6-speed manual, no problem so far, only 21000 miles on the counter, paid only 9000$ (canadian dollars). I have to agree with others here that the wipers/windshield washer system is not the best feature on this car, but I can live with that since I only drive around 4000 miles a year.
The new Sentra comes with Forward Emergency Braking! What?! Top Safety Pick+ from the IIHS! And Siri Eyes?! What are you waiting for?

i have sentra 2014..the only problem is cvt..so expensive to repair..i go to nissan they said cvt fluid no need to change its long life but problem is after 80000 kl run my car cvt always stuck and too much noicy mostly when its summer than myself i change the cvt fluid twise after changing the oil car run much better than b4 i dont know why nissan not suggest to change the fluid..coz when i change the fluid it was so dark and some metal pieces i found in the chamber attaches with the magnet..however i am not happy with this car

hopefully never. my 2003 sentra has just died because of a faulty head gasket. Nissan won't take responsibility for the bad build. will never buy another Nissan.

I love it what a beautiful car they redesigned the Sentra and made it look like an actual Sentra unlike the previous generation it was so ugly to look at both the 2004-2006 and 2016 looks good I may consider buying the 2016 Sentra if it comes with a manual stick shift

I hate the way it has the trunk system.. The 'arms' or whatever they're called (the interior mechanism that moves when the trunk opens) gets in the way of the luggage.. Make it like previous sentra where it had out of the way pistons like to open it.

They did once when Nissan was great, The RNN14, maybe not 300hp it was 'only' 230hp (if you believed the official release, experience has shown this was a conservative figure) ATESSA AWD, awesome little car even if the suspension geometry was a bit shit and the gearbox packs a sad when approaching the 400hp mark. There amazingly fun to drive, and it was the fastest hatchback in the world when released. Might explain why I adopted 2 of them. Blame the Renault investment for Nissan turning to shit, their the shiny metal shrapnel in the sump of Nissan.

Exactly what I said, that's why I traded in my Altima for a fully loaded Sentra. There was more room in the Altima but so little features. I don't get it.
Angelique Ledesma That said, The Maxima and Altima are still much much better cars than the Sentra, the quality of materials used in the Maxima are like night and day compared to the Sentra. It is just that Nissan's decision to do these silly things with features are questionable at best.

Stay away from nissan Cvt please be aware my 2015 altima transmission is already blown...
This is a Sentra Threat however you are correct, my 2013 Altima Transmission died only 2 years later and only 16k miles. The 2016 Sentra makes horrible wind noise at highways speeds. Seems to me Nissan sucks and I wont be buying them in the future.

I have the Nissan 2016 sentra sr and it's the worst car that I have ever owned. I should have rented the car first before I bought it. The quality is walmart low, it's gutless, stereo system sucks, windshield wipers sucks, etc... told nissan corporation and soon as I told them how bad their car was i never heard from nissan again. I will never buy another nissan again. I paid $35,000 and I expect quality...

$35,000 for a Sentra? A fully loaded SL is about 19,000. The SR Turbo version, fully loaded is about 22,000. This guy is obviously lying...that or he was upside down on his loan XD. I guess there is the possibility that he just got ripped off by Matilda's dad.
