I have a suggestion: why don't u switch to physical mech instead of energy? Lighting platinum and might protector got u a lot of physical protection, and most of your weapons are more suitable for physical then energy.
One thing you're missing: It takes a lot of items and power kits to get them upgraded, and with the new system of getting items, you can only get so many per day. :V

if he had the items he would,but in the beggining its hard to get epics\legendaries easily
