Interesting comment in the comparison with 1980s games vs today's game prices. It's worth noting that you could buy a game in 1980 for £60, but in todays market it would cost the equivalent of £230. Considering that back in the 80s video games were only in the arcade and people wanted to play the games at home so it saved them money as a day playing space invaders could easily cost £5 a day in the arcades, since the later half of the 1990s arcade games have pretty much died out and the home game market leading the way.
