Just a couple of notes. It's not San Luis BAY Drive in San Luis Obispo. San Luis Bay Drive runs off of 101 and goes toward Avila Beach. It's just "San Luis Drive". I'm surprised real estate agents wouldn't know the difference. And I'm not sure why you recorded this during a rare rain "storm". It almost never rains in San Luis Obispo (I lived there for 40 or so years). Why didn't you let the rain clear so we didn't have to look through car windows covered with raindrops and windshield wipers getting in the way?
