so you basically told the customer the radio is bad. thats not a secret menu.
I have a 2014 QX60 and the screen no longer turns on, the A/C, Remote Stater, or TVs worked in the back seat. The dealer said that I needed to spend 10K to replace the entire system. I found a used Radio and now I have full functionality and it only cost $400 including labor.

The problem in this case with the radio is the computer in the screen, just got mine done, I tried to exchange every part of the original radio it worked when I changed the screen, you can buy it used for less than 500 dollars and that will fix your problem
