Quick fix on sticky, stiff or notchy tuners, including Grovers

Ok simple, don’t know why I didn’t think about it in the first place - Grover guitar tuners/machine heads, just add grease.
I used White Grease, is water repellent and does not harm nylon washers, do not use oil.
