Welcome welcome welcome! This is our first time experiencing Megadeth-any song of theirs at all! Great experience. For all the hardcore fans out there, let us know what other songs we should explore from them in future videos. Stay positive. Stay blessed. -ЯJK 🏴☠️
There are many to choose from 😆🤘, the first 4 albums are amazing ones to go back to, the production on the 3 albums up to rust in peace is a bit rough due to the budget generally going on drugs lol, but that just adds to the 80's rawness for the fans, I would suggest starting with the 1st (killing is my business and business is good), the remastered version is pretty good as it makes things a bit clearer but I'd recommend sourcing the original versions from Peace sells onwards. The first albums is hectic and maniacal with a unique groove to it, the first drummer and lead guitarist were from a jazz fusion band and it definitely gave them a sound like no other at the time 🤘🤘🤘
To list some songs though.. Peace sells Wake up dead Set the world Afire Mary Jane In my darkest hour Looking down the cross Skull beneath the skin Holy wars Hangar 18 Tornado of souls The mechanix I aint superstitious Rust in peace.. polaris Rattlehead Liar Conquer or die Fatal illusion Dystopia The system has failed Blackmail the universe... Oh and Shewolf.. but ONLY the live video from Rude Awakening, I promise you won't be disappointed with that. Should be a good start there guys 🤣🤘 Always loved Megadeth, Dave basically taught Hetfield how to play Metal on Guitar and in many people's opinion shaped the early sound which sent Metallica on their way as he has writing credit on the first couple of albums, but him getting kicked out for being too hardcore was the best thing for Metal as we got 2 amazing bands. Fun fact: 'Set the world afire' from the 3rd album 'So far...So good... So what' was the first song Mustaine ever wrote for Megadeth on the busride home from the Metallica firing, and 'The Mechanix' from the 1st Album is the original version of Metallicas 'The four horsemen', before Lars made Dave slow it down 🤣🤘
@@WelshBladerDad Hey! This is Caz! You are a serious fan, huh?! It appears Rick and I are going to need you in our corner to help lift our experience and knowledge of Megadeth! We will DEFINITELY follow-up on this great list you provided! Thanks! We seriously appreciate you watching AND taking time out to leave us a comment or two! KIM!!!
@@WelshBladerDad thank you so so much for the album rundown and all of the suggestions for songs. I really appreciate it and it definitely gives us some material to dig into. Again, thank you and much appreciated! Stay positive. Stay blessed. -ЯJK 🏴☠️
@@RewindReliveReview no problem at all guys I loved watching your video, there are so many more albums after the ones I mentioned as well, but the beginning and pioneering days are always the best place to start. If you go beyond those and delve into the likes of Youthanasia, Cryptic writings and Countdown to extinction you will see the less thrashy but still brilliant work they did in the mid to late 90's, 'Risk' is a bit hit/miss for most as its angled to be more poppy than metal, but then into the 2000's they returned to what they've always done best, thrash lol. The system has failed Endgame United abominations Thirteen They are albums worth a listen in the future as well, 'Dystopia' from 2016 is an amazing heavy fast album and I belive they won a Grammy for the title track, and obviously 'The sick, the dying...and the dead" is shaping up to be a great album too, I do hope you check out the other 2 song from that as well, 'Nightstalkers' with a little part from ice-T in it, and 'Soldier on'. The fact that he is 61 years old, survived a serious arm injury that nearly stopped him playing as well as throat cancer a few years ago, and can still play like he does is nothing short of crazy after nearly 40 years! 🤘
Yes!!! please do more Megadeth. Lots of good suggestions already made but like to add "Set the World Afire". Dave's first Megadeth song written while on a bus ride after getting fired from Metallica.
Thank you so much for both watching and the recommendation. It already sounds like an intriguing song just based on the story about how it came to be. We will definitely get that added to our list! Thank you! Stay positive, stay blessed! -RJK
Those are obscure songs that Chiel999 recommended the real bangers from Megadeth are from the top of my head are The Conjuring, Peace Sells, My last words, In my darkest hour, Holy Wars the punishment due (music video) Hangar 18 (non music video is a way shorter version of the song) Symphony of destruction and She Wolf Rude Awakening live 2001 (has to be the live ride awakening version not studio) I know I missed maybe 20-30 other great songs but these are just what I can think of. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
@@RewindReliveReview what I meant to say play the studio version of Hangar 18. Don’t react to the music video. It’s literally about 2 minutes shorter than the studio version. Keep rocking 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Ok, Here's list of Megadeth songs to react to. Sweating Bullets Of Mice and Men Recipe For Hate,..Warhorse Addicted To Chaos High Speed Dirt Liar This list represents the lesser requested songs that I think are under appreciated and deserve a listen.
I'm not sure when you guys recorded this but there's a few things you got incorrect I can correct for you. The single you are listening to is the first single off the new album The Sick, The Dying... And The Dead! The album releases on September 2nd.. So just 2 weeks.. The second single Night Stalkers feat Ice-T release last month... So you can keep up with the story right away.. As the video is chapter 2. The 3rd single called Soldier On! Release 5 days ago.. It doesn't have the part 3 music video.. Which means the final chapter to the music video story will probably come out with the album. I would for now stay with the new stuff... Check out the singles.. The check out the album itself when your done with the singles.. Start here... Then go back.. Do yourself a service and see the new album front to back.. You'll come to understand a lot about this band listening front to back on their albums... There is a lot being said... And you will have actual places the songs topics will take you.. But do the new album.. Then you can go anyway.. High rated albums in the backcatalog are Rust in Peace, Peace Sells... But Whose Buying?!, Countdown to Extinction.. You like that step out a little further again... Megadeth are a very popular band and its fandom is very supportive.
Thank you! We will definitely do more Megadeth soon and we have a list now which does have some material that goes all the way back to the first album, so we will make that happen for sure! Thank you so much for checking out the video. Stay positive. Stay blessed. -ЯJK 🏴☠️
