Amazing statistics especially that 250 pastors quit every month. Recently, I heard a sermon locally and the minister admitted that he had gone through a period of wanting to quit and that 42% of pastors feel like they would like to quit. I am shocked that people actually contact the pastor outside of the church office hours. Most churches don't give out the pastors personal phone number.
