As far as cps I've noticed even with my own case innocent parents get more in depth investigations than guilty abusive parents I had to fight for my custody and rights for 4 years because of my ex mother in law making a false report. The case let out over s year ago they did see that I was innocent of any neglect or abuse and that our child has a very very severe allergy to dairy but gave off symptoms that tend to be different than most dairy allergies it caused her to struggle gaining weight because she was always sick and ever since we cut dairy out she's been so much more healthy and growing wonderfully now. That's 4 years with my kids I can never get back it was the worst 4 years of my life but I fought fought fought til the end the justice system is very backwards when it comes to cps because cps pulled records of me constantly taking my daughter to so many specialists so i could help her and to them that wasn't enough they watched me like a hawk with my kids even though I passed evals on every scale and other tests as well it sucked this is the kind of treatment someone like jenelle and David need not innocent parents actually trying to help their child. In today's time good is considered evil and evil is considered good so unfortunately not much may not come from them getting any charges I'm surprised the other kids are even in their home if they are they probably have intensive home services there every day of the week I would hope!!!

It’s true. There have been many cases where cps investigates parents, closes the case, and the kid(s) end up dead. Yet they have no problem harassing people like you who are good parents. Their focus is in the wrong place.

I'm glad that they're taking their time doing an arrest . If they would've just arrested David immediately after, first he could've fought it much more easily & second, that would be it. By gathering evidence & having an investigation, it ensures he wont fight it so easily & it can also become more of a larger court case that will hopefully end with better lives for all of the kids. It allows them to prove the neglect to take them away. With an investigation, it will be a fight with the court whereas arrests would only lead to a fight with cps & we all know how much they drop the ball in a situation like this!

I hope the reason for the delay in the arrest and charges and removal of the other kids is to be as thorough as possible in their investigation. Interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence and statements, even their own prior social media posts so that when they go after them this time it sticks and those kids never have to be returned to that place and punished by that awful man for telling the truth about who he is. Not to mention how precarious the situation is with small children out there and David’s arsenal of weapons and traps. Hopefully, they have other agencies assisting and finally nail him to the wall. He's mentally unstable.

Here in Canada all children get removed if one child reports abuse I know this because I had to take my grandkids due to neglect I can not believe they are leaving the other 2 there they could be telling the kids what to say and threatening them if they don't unreal these poor children
Our CDS goes on several field trips every year and they're always a lot of fun. It's not unusual for siblings to go on each other's field trips with parents since most are in Myrtle beach and it's a 50 min drive. That's why one or the other weren't wearing their uniform.
I hope they figure out a way to give him more than just a simple assault. That’s a misdemeanor and he’s not going to do any time and it’ll just be a slap on the wrist. I am thankful that the injuries weren’t enough for an aggravated assault charge, but I hope they do something better than just a misdemeanor. If they don’t charge Jenelle, she’s going to still be with the other two children but they may force her to kick David out and I don’t think she’s going to do that and that may cause a problem.
Her allowing her children to be abused by David is also considered neglect. Subjecting them to witnessing her being abused, neglect. She could actually end up with more charges than him.

Off topic I know, but I just watched a video where 2 officers were in a room testing a pill when the supervisor walks in to assist & tells the 2 they can go ahead with the 'road test' but he didnt trust them. It's not medical neglect. Parents have the right to not subject their children to mood altering medications. If she's charged with neglect it'll be because she knew about the physical assault on her son and failed to protect. Failure to protect is considered a risk of harm. No different than if she had knowingly subjected her child to a sexual predator/offender or left them in their care. That creates a risk of harm and is "neglecting" her parental duty to protect them from that harm.
Why don't we just announce it loud, clear, for everyone to hear, "They're coming to take your kids & arrest you both!" Let's see if they take the kids & run! Or something much, much worse! It is so irresponsible to 1. Have waited so long to do either of these things & 2. To allow imminent arrest info to leak. This is a bad situation that could turn horrific! Sending those kidds Love & Protection! For real!!

She kept saying something like the whereabouts of her kids is nobody’s business or something like that. Maybe they have been placed in foster care as well. I sure hope so!!

I hope the reason for the delay in the arrest and charges and removal of the other kids is to be as thorough as possible in their investigation. Interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence and statements, even their own prior social media posts so that when they go after them this time it sticks and those kids never have to be returned to that place and punished by that awful man for telling the truth about who he is. Not to mention how precarious the situation is with small children out there and David’s arsenal of weapons and traps. Hopefully, they have other agencies assisting and finally nail him to the wall. He's mentally unstable.

Here in Canada all children get removed if one child reports abuse I know this because I had to take my grandkids due to neglect I can not believe they are leaving the other 2 there they could be telling the kids what to say and threatening them if they don't unreal these poor children

Our CDS goes on several field trips every year and they're always a lot of fun. It's not unusual for siblings to go on each other's field trips with parents since most are in Myrtle beach and it's a 50 min drive. That's why one or the other weren't wearing their uniform.
I hope they figure out a way to give him more than just a simple assault. That’s a misdemeanor and he’s not going to do any time and it’ll just be a slap on the wrist. I am thankful that the injuries weren’t enough for an aggravated assault charge, but I hope they do something better than just a misdemeanor. If they don’t charge Jenelle, she’s going to still be with the other two children but they may force her to kick David out and I don’t think she’s going to do that and that may cause a problem.

Off topic I know, but I just watched a video where 2 officers were in a room testing a pill when the supervisor walks in to assist & tells the 2 they can go ahead with the 'road test' but he didnt trust them. He said one day he & another officer pulled over and tried to test rocks and grass and BOTH came back positive for drugs! You'd think something so well known they'd act accordingly 😒

It's not medical neglect. Parents have the right to not subject their children to mood altering medications. If she's charged with neglect it'll be because she knew about the physical assault on her son and failed to protect. Failure to protect is considered a risk of harm. No different than if she had knowingly subjected her child to a sexual predator/offender or left them in their care. That creates a risk of harm and is "neglecting" her parental duty to protect them from that harm.
The justice system failed them the first time hopefully now they'll keep the kids away from them
Why don't we just announce it loud, clear, for everyone to hear, "They're coming to take your kids & arrest you both!" Let's see if they take the kids & run! Or something much, much worse! I saw a photo recently and she must have had 30 prescriptions in the background for all her ailments and she can’t address one issue that her son has? If he was diagnosed with adhd he probably has it. She’s not a doctor. Furthermore I think she’s on narcotics. Her eyes were pinned in a video I saw. I don’t think she’s sober at all.
