- A huge compilation of what I consider to be the best and most enjoyable auditions from all four series of 'The Voice UK'.
Most contestants I've included received chair turns, but I have also included others who sadly didn't receive them, but who I feel definitely deserved them!

The Judge panel are masters at impromptu; raw talent at its best. Thank you. In my "Hay-day" I was a talent scout. That's why at 80 I am still in love with this raw talent show. Thank you so much for all the memories, I get to relive them over and over again!
I think that the format of the show does some injustice to the singers. Some of them don't make the cut just because they already have enough such "voice types" on their team already.
But what this show shows, is how much talent remains kept away from entertaining us. We are on a "star" mono diet and talent doesn't equal star. That's my short and a bit scrambled personal opinion.
@@Apollo440 yes..teh world is filled with many talented souls...but not everyone is recognised widely...
@@priyv8710 I see that we are being entertained by a narrow choice of "celebrities" in our cars, coffee shops, restaurants and in our homes. They have a monopoly over our eyes and ears, bringing their "own" music- and life-style into our lives. If we could add a handful of talented singers and musicians from our neighborhood into the places we visit - we would enrich our lives with new sounds and styles.
i love how *will i am* ..or whatever this guys name is .. just watching jessie j ...because shes top 3 female singers (and he knows) .. and bases his vote on her ^^
When you listen to Lee Glasson's audition, you can understand why he won his season. He has that unique and powerful sound which is just what the judges are looking for in a winner. I would love to hear more from him.
He didn't win. He was eliminated in the semifinals.

Very good compilation. Enjoyed each performance. Several I haven’t seen prior to this. 😎🤟🤙👏
What I like about Tom is he really listens to them rather than all the showy antics and usually waits a little to actually hear their voice. He seems to really concentrate. I find some of the others a bit over the top showy like it is about them. I personally do not get these immediate turnarounds as some can sing a certain part of a song great and then another part badly. I laughed at WIll's reaction when Tom turned first at one guy. His looks was wow Tom turned first and he knows what he is talking about. It was sweet and I think they all look to Tom with admiration. He is such a legend and his opinion would be gold to me.

Instead of asking the other judges of there opinions of wether they should turn or not, they should be focusing on wether or not they like the voice themselves to make their own decisions !
+JIMMY BLANKA Which of all the singers do you refer to?
+Becky p. During the blind auditions each judge has to choose 12 singers which they will be coaching in the next stage. This will be called their Team. Some judges are trying to pick 12 completely different kind of singers, while others pick singers from their own genre so they can coach them using their own experiences.
It can happen that they think somebody is a good singer but actually isn't what they are looking for to coach. In these cases they are checking with the other judges if one of them is going to pick that singer for their team. If none of them is going to turn their chair so they can become the singer's coach, then sometimes the judge will turn its own chair so that the good singer will be added to his/her team, even though it wasn't the first choice.

Tapes like this one are of course now classics as the first four series essentially ripped out 95% of Britain's outstanding undiscovered talent base. Three quarters of the remaining talent are being passed on in the 2016 series. A sad collapse to a once great programme.

.....25:45 mark....Every time I see this performance, I am flabbergasted that there were no turns...This girl has a "90's" voice...."90's" look.....She's a "10" in looks...flawlessly sings a hard song as it's difficult to get that '90's sound, and yet no turn- arounds...unbelievable

....35:00 mark....this judge crew is...at their peak...the best in the world...They have hair- splitting acuity and talent- spotting abilities...I haven't seen any other judge crew to match this one either now, past or future....

....10 years of "The Voice" auditions and there isn't any to beat 27:50 mark.....I have listened to 1000's of hours of singers...Just realized it's a SPLICE of 2 different songs.....Brilliant creativity.....none beats that one..........11:30 mark- I've heard that song a lot, but this rendition is a pleasure to listen to.......26:15 mark- maybe a 1960's Hippie song, no matter how well done, just wasn't going to impress- pick a different song

I think reading some of these comments that many don't get how the voice works. They have a limited number in their groups and often may have someone already really similar and are looking for a mix in their categories. It is not just about someone having an ok voice. To be honest some that were not turned for also are not to me particularly fantastic as some seem to say here. I feel some do not choose a good song to show off their range at certain times but choose a song they like. When you just have a couple of minutes to show the actual quality of your voice it is important to show off different aspects of your voice. The judges have to try them with different songs and one trick ponies are of no use to them.
Now opera singers who are fantastic are reknowned for the judges not being too sure what to do with them even though they love their voice. I saw a particular one who was really clever as quite near the end of his song he did a little jazz/blues bit. Unexpected but it made the judges turn and the reason for this is the guy showed the versatility of his voice and that he could turn to and sing other than opera. That singer was aware of what the judging was all about. He was very smart and used his short moment to prove himself. Oh and the guy daring to ask what she looks like considering as the whole point of the Voice is not to be prejudiced by appearance, really irritated me so much. Oh and he did this on more than one occasion. Shame on him.
PS: Ash and Sarah were two of my favourites here.
I love Kyle is so gorgeous, looks like she loves beening on The Voice, so much fun, she is always dancing her sister is total different she is quiet who would never get up and dance I don't think I heard her ever say anything on bgt no or yes and beautiful I hope you feeling great kyle

Someone please tell me.. How come sometimes the judges push to turn around but the chair doesn't turn? Is it b/c they already have too many contestants to coach? I saw it happen to Christina A. in the voice US. And this video it happens too. Please lmk. I always wondered what happens if most the contestants choose the same coach. I'm sure they have to regulate it somehow.
