Guitar Pro 8 is a great tool for composing, transcribing, and practicing! Thanks for watching! Guitar Pro 8 Download: www.guitar-pro.com/#ae596 Support the channel on Patreon! www.patreon.com/mrzsmusiclessons
Thanks for the review. Have you tried holding multiple tabs open at once? I've been using previous versions for practice; but it starts to crash once I've loaded 7 or more. Really hoping they've improved this
I’ve had a question about Guitar Pro that has troubled me for years! Is there a way to change the height of the stems in Guitar Pro? In Sibelius, Finale, MuseScore, and Encore, you can just click and drag them up or down. In Guitar Pro, I can't do it at all. This especially becomes an issue when writing for more than one voice, as it affects the readability.
I can read what you've gone over on the website - and indeed I have. I was hoping for some demonstrations of how those things worked. I gave up watching at 5:29.
I just bought Guitar Pro 8 I have sheet music and I would like to learn how to tab out on Guitar Pro 8. Is there video or step by step on how to do this .Or a book [for dummies] can you do some step by step lessons on how to Edit a song. Think You Alan
Sorry, but Guitar Pro is not very useful. It does everything wrong in the TABs. When I reported this to the support, they did not help and then stopped to answer me.

Awesome and hope you enjoy it as much as me! Here’s a link to the user guide. My channel focuses mainly on song tutorials, so I probably won’t post lessons on GP8. support.guitar-pro.com/hc/en-us/articles/5018404823069-GP8-Guitar-Pro-8-User-Guide

Reading the feature list on a website is NOT a “review”. This was not helpful.
Im still just using guitar pro 5
same here.. watching this cause I may be missing out on some useful upgrades
Literally here to find out if upgrading from gp5 is worth it lol

I haven’t tried that. It is a pretty memory heavy program. Do you know how much ram your computer has?

Is it worth upgrading from gp5 lol
@@johnlong765 I haven’t used Guitar Pro 5, so I’m unsure. haha
Would guitar pro be something that would help a brand new player, just starting? Or only useful much later?
I don’t think I would worry about it as a new player.
Yes, get it. I taught myself how to read tabs and used the first one all the way to the third one thru out the beginning of my journey.
My biggest bugbear was adding chords, then if I change key the chords didn’t. Has this been fixed?
Yes! Under the tools > transpose menu, chords can now be transposed along with key signatures.
can you view and edit the staves of multiple instruments at the same time?
Yes

is the $69.95 an annual membership?
It’s a one time fee and you can use the software for however long you want. No subscription!
@@mrzsmusiclessons awesome. Thanks for your response
Is this sponsored?
It is not. I spent my own money on it to try it out.
@@mrzsmusiclessons Cool, thanks

Review based on already available information for everyone ,without even showing the actual app? Worse review I have ever seen!
