I’ve had throat cancer and two surgeries. My symptoms were a sore throat that would not go away, fatigue, small voice change. Somehow I knew what it was even before my biopsy diagnosis. Never had any radiation or chemo treatment since I caught it early. That was 12 years ago.

I've all symptoms you mentioned,but come and go and since I have plenty of metals in my mouth...
I was 15st 7Lb and drank lager every night and an occasional rum and coke i stopped drinling september 2023 by february and march i was 12st i didnt exercise and my diet didnt really change all that much just upped my water intake, and the weight started to decrease in december 2023, how do you explain 3st and a half in 2 months, and for 4 months starting in november constant cramp and pain on my lower right near pelvic area, bowel changes constipated poop followed by multiple trips to toilet and i feel bubbling near my appendix area thats where the pain is, had Ct nothing like that, yhey say i have diverticular disease and im a man who was 30 at the time

Many of these symptoms sound like Acid Reflux , it does the same , with the ears, Esophageal Cancer , lump in the throat , Lymph Nodes, hard to swallow ,
Acid reflux affects both ears, it’s something from hell
Yea my BIL was misdiagnosed with it. Turns out he had cancer of the esophagus. Sadly he passed young. He also was a chemist.
I cant get dr to help. After nasopharynx mass removed i have growth to skull base. Cant talk tongue pain sores eft throat and ringing in skull i keep choking burning neck and arns

Another thing to watch for Acid Reflux and your Esophagus , you can end up coughing with that too.
Acid reflux will you cough to clear it . Esophageal Cancer is a fast growing Cancer , I knew 2 people who died
days part from Esophageal Cancer , this is some serious stuff . *Esophagus like that hard to Swallow*

I have al of those I went toe the Dr and he said that i need toe swallow a camera because my Froud is bigger than it's sepoustoe be and AI have ear payn now and then my limpnots thasent gou a way for 2 years now
