Sorry for the newbie questions: I watched your yellow cake video and which calls for 8” round pans. For this Frozen cake you use 6” pans so do the 6” cakes bake tall and you cut them in half to get the 4 layers? Tips on cutting? Also, can you make cakes ahead and freeze for later?
