starting me aapne bola detail me seekhane wali hu ... fir baad me ki zada detail me mat jao ..... sirf college students hi nhi fresher professionals bhi dekhte h video ... ek detail video bhi banao ... like exactly how it'll be done .... initial quote kaise banega .... fir design hone k baad detail bill kaise banega ...... or ek question ki side me 2 feet ka patta le rhe h to level 1 me pura cover karne hi zaroorat kyo k .... 8-10 inch vertical member a liye chodna rhega maan le to bhi sabhi sides me 18" to chod hi sakte h .... cost kam hoga .... or ye pain area calculate karne k liye 500 sft to aa gaya pr usme se door, window, skerting etc ka area subtract nhi karenge kya

2. Designing n initial 2no boq alag hote hai but banane ka processor same hi hota hai toh if you know how to make initial you can definitely make final too which i had explained
3. Side ka patta is part of designing . You can take 18" too depending upon the look n designing
4. paint area me se sab substrate kia hua hai.
@@architectsworld 1. aapne 10'x10'x10' k room ka paint ka cost nikaalne ka tareeka bataya ki, total area; walls + ceiling, ho gaya 500 sft and punning k saath paint ka cost suppose 50/sft h. To total cost ho gayi Rs500x50. to mai ye puch rha hu ki ye 500 sft me to skirting, door, window wagerah ka area bhi add ho gaya, to subtract nhi krna kya. Ya estimate purpose k liye aise hi krte h or final BOQ k time exact krte h.
2. or vo false ceiling k regarding my question is ki jo 3" off set pr phli layer h vo aapne bataya pura 10'x10' ceiling cover karegi. But what im saying is ki kyoki uske niche side me 2' ka patta h to vo upar wali sheet puri ceiling ko cover karne ki jageh center k 8'6"x8'6" area ko hi cover kyo naa kare because side ka area to niche wala patta cover kar lega.
Minus hota haii lekin bas on site.
Boq m bhut kam log karte hai reason site p bhut baar repairing hoti hai uski bh costing hoti hai n koi client alag s cost dene k liye ready ni hotaa toh vo sab usme cover ho jata hai as an designer sab hi extra leke chalte hai till end repairing repainting bhut chuk chalta rehta h site par

(P.s understood that takkar is calculated in RFT but need more clarity in price calculation for it)
Paint-
Assuming height 10’
12*10=120*2=240sqft
10*10=100*2=200sqft
False ceiling paint= 12*10= 120
Total area= 560sqft
Rates
In case of “Normal paint with two coat putty,one coat primer, two coat paint”
That ranges ₹ 23 to ₹25
560*25=₹14,000
In case of punning and high-end paint varies ₹28-₹30
Punning cost=₹25
Total= approx. ₹50
560sqft*₹50=₹28000
Assuming wardrobe size= 6’-0”*8’-0”
=48sqft
Varying as per finishes taking same example of laminate
48sqft*₹1300=62,400
Flooring (12*10=120sqft)
In case of Tile= ₹60
Labour cost=₹30
Material cement ₹15 or chemical ₹30
Total per sqft cost=₹105in case of cement
₹120 in case of chemical
120sqft*₹105=₹12600
120sqft*₹120=₹14400
In case of Marble
Basic marble assuming =₹250/sqft
Polish+labour+buffing etc= ₹125/sqft
Total=₹375/sqft
120sqft* ₹375= ₹45,000
