I love all these 1950s retro style paper collections that have been released over these last 2 years. Talk about reminders of my youth in the mid-west...nostalgia plus! Nice project!
I just finished this project and just loved it! Your presentation is spot on and so easy to follow! Thank you for your time and effort and introducing me to Country Craft Creations! She is easy to follow as well and what a hoot! I do have a question on a tutorial you made using Carta Bella Country Kitchen. I made a screen shot of the front of it, so I don’t think I’m totally bonkers, but can’t find it anywhere. I have purchased the tutorial from Frances Our Book of Memories, but wanted to look at your for the dip layout? Can you help?
Linda Marker I pulled the video from my YT channel because Frances has decided to charge for the tutorial. I was getting lots of questions regarding that project so it was best that I remove it. Email me at ginger@mysistersscrapper.com
I've only done scrap booking with creative memories albums. I'm wanting to do a dog themed mini album and recipe folios like the one you show in this video. Did you start with a pre-made base for the folio and make it entirely from scratch?
@@mysistersscrapper Are there directions for this? I joined the scrapbookers of Country Craft Creations like you recommended. I want to do a dog album since I just had to have our dog put to sleep last week (she had cancer). We don't have a lot of pictures because she didn't like the sound when we turned on the camera. So a mini album would be perfect. Also, if I start with a small one, I can see if I want to do the recipe folios from scratch or start with a pre-made chipboard album. I love the paper collection you used. I think I bought a kitchen collection at the Stamp and Scrapbook Expo last August since I was thinking of doing this. My cousin's daughters have steady boyfriends, and I thought it would be a great wedding present. Their grandma died before they were born, so I want to share some photos and recipes from my cousin's side of the family.
I am making Tammy's folio on this with Bo Bunny, and before I get to the plastic pockets, would you tell how you would change those. I am making this as a gift, and I want to know what you would do with the plastic pages. Would you add more...?
Beautiful as usual Ginger! I really like this paper. I purchased this collection and also the Bo Bunny "Kiss the Cook" paper. I'm not sure which one I like better, they're both so VERY different! Looking forward to seeing what you create with the Bo Bunny paper. (I made a Recipe Flip- file with it but I honestly haven't decided what to do with this paper yet! So I think I will take your advice and go over to Tamra's group on FB! She is so talented as are her designers, I'm sure I'll get inspired! Thank you Ginger!! Hugs!
I love this recipe Folio you designed! Is there a tutorial? I’ve checked out the link from their video, but it leads to a gatefold, which is adorable too, but I prefer this one! Thanks!
Tamara just posted the link in the group. I guess all of the videos are listed on the coffee talk page, which you automatically have access too when you join the Scrapbookers of Country Craft Creations Facebook group. Check the thread and I will try to see if it will let me post the link here too.
Thank you for another wonderful project, Ginger! I confess that I am a paper hoarder 😀 and must say this style of folio has many wonderful aspects that make me want to open the vault hahahaha! Have asked to join the group, really looking forward to watching the folio tutorial and discovering more paper crafting projects 😀 Hugs, Debra
This is adorable!! I love all the albums you make. Can't wait to be accepted into the group so I can get started on this project :) How many paper packs did it take to make this?
I subscribe and love your channel and all the wonderful albums you create. I'm a newbie to all this. How do you determine what size you will make your albums?
Love all of your recipe folios that you have been making. In this video, you mentioned that you might do the photo sleeve attachment different. Did you change it in your other recipe folios? I found this tutorial (ruclips.net/video/ONIJipYcsmc/видео.html) last year, but haven't tried it yet. Thanks for all of the tutorials you post. I have used several of them.
Beautiful recipe folio. Thanks for sharing.
Super cute!

Wayfaring Panda Yes I made this project from medium weight chipboard, cardstock and the Happiness is Homemade paper collection.

Super cute folio Ginger! I am making a mini that Tammi had done as well. She is fabulous just like you are!
Nice book! One question: what do you use in the background to shoot this video? Is this paper or a board?
oh it came out amazing !!! ty for sharing , and being apart of our wonderful group. xoxo

scottishcovenanters I actually kept it the same, however I would just use the 4x6 sleeves so it would hold more of the actual recipe cards.
That is so awesome Ginger! Luv that paper too! Great job, as always! TFS! xo
Stunning
I love the way you use your paper designs together soooo much! You match things so well. Thanks for being you!

I subscribe and love your channel and all the wonderful albums you create. I'm a newbie to all this. How do you determine what size you will make your albums?
Michele Fox it just depends on what I want to use it for... the size of the photos that I want to put in, that sort of thing. If it's a gift , etc...
