Thanks I already have made 2 tutorials using that method of making holographic and foil cards 😀 ruclips.net/video/ZFAc7PZwR8I/видео.html ruclips.net/video/R_YZvFssk_o/видео.html
Just found you through wrath of cores. AMAZING work my friend. Had to come and support! When I get a chance I will check out all your vids too. Respect man :)
I print 9 cards on 1 sheet of A4 card stock, I recommend it to be 160gsm cardstock for printing fronts and backs then stick them together or if you can print on both sides of the cardstock (i have made a tutorial on how to do that) then i recommend 300 or 320gsm which is the card thickness. If you would like to know more i have made a new video the other day ruclips.net/video/QekzZBCkBkY/видео.html I hope that helps from my experience 😊
Another method is using an Xacto knife and straight-edge! Pretty quick and gives better results than scissors, plus my hands cramp using scissors too long.
All you need to do is click on the template you'd like to use, right click on it, and pick save image as, then save it to your computer 😊 hope that helps
OK but how do you print the cards to begin with? How do you get such vibrant colors and clear text? How the hell do you align the backs to be printed on the same page without being offset?
I have made tutorials for all of those points you have mentioned 😀 here is the link to them all: ruclips.net/p/PLa256eaaBKgzJbFtPwl9u3bvbRmfoF800 I also have more tutorials on the way 😀
@@EllumacentArt34 BTW, the links to film are no longer valid. Any idea where to get stuff like that now? Tried dozens of searches, none of the foil film I can find is transparent, they're all opaque so would just cover the card unfortunately.
@@EllumacentArt34 thanks for the info! Can you tell me would it be able to print the small letters on the bottom of the pokemon cards? On the transparent sheet. Thanks!
Does anyone know where I can buy this film? I’ve been trying Amazon …maybe I’m not calling it by the right name. HELP, PLEASE. Sorry for being so late to the party, I just found this video.
Can you do western anime Lewd art? Your style seems to fit well for it. Would love to purchase cards from you to collect. Also what card stock should we use for this project? That has the smooth finish on top and matte finish on the bottom?
@@EllumacentArt34 No problem. I’m working on creating holographic cards for my martial arts team, and would like to get your input on the images to see what additional improvements would be needed. I could send you some via email.
the art is insane, good work and thanks!!
Glad you like it!
Prism layer for the win
You should try printing onto the foil, then putting a protective foil on top

They shuffle really well as the surface is smooth, not rough 😊
I can't found the foil sticker!
great video! what did you use to design the border and design the lay out?

Do you draw the art on your cards

nice! what is the size of that corner cutter?
The best ones to use are either a 4mm or a 5mm corner cutter :)
These looks great! What printer do you use?
I mainly use the Canon iP7250 printer :)
@@EllumacentArt34 cost please?
How do you get the cut out of the cards consistent sizes with using scissors? I don't have that kind of talent! lol

Your art is actually insane dude what the heck these look better then other card games 😂

What paper do you use?
Have you ever tried using one of those pull-down large blade guillotines?
yep, I have all styles of guillotines, but not everyone does, so I try to make my tutorials around things people would mostly have :)
Hey buddy, how do you get a matte finish on the back and a gloss finish on the front?
How can we get the films? The links don’t work
what paper did you use to print the cards on?
It was from my cardstock tutorial video 😀 - link here: ruclips.net/video/GRLfdv2eXQ0/видео.html
Replace the blade in the slicer or get a paper cutter

Hey! I was curious. How do you cut the cards and what type of cardboard/paper did you use? Great results!
