How to write a user story on our MF online platform to enhance the customer experience Eg. the user comes to bcl mutual finds platform and register him/her self for this he/she need to add and verify mobile number then verify email id then provide pan card so it has so many steps and the user can drop from here.. so we want to shorten the journey by not taking so much information Can u share me
