Delta State governor should go and look at Lagos state government and come over to replicate their methods here in Delta. Just imagine Enerhen junction and pti junction over head bridge that is less than 3 km put together is being under construction for over a year now and not sure they will even finish it December 2025. Very unfortunate. Enerhen police station road here in Warri is less than 1 km from urhobo college and it is completely out of use and yet the governor refused to fix it. Am so ashame of this government of Sheriff . I thought he was going to do better but am so did seeing things going this way

Well, when you look at the geography of Lagos and the demography you'll understand that it'll cost a humongous amount of money because Lagos is below sea level hence the surface metro being implemented at the Moment.
It's not even feasible for Nigeria itself to build an underground subway for Lagos let alone the sub-national government because over 20% of Lagos is water.
So for me, I think the surface metro or light they're doing is realistic for Lagos.

There is no doubt that devaluation of the Naira will increase debt burden, services and inflation. Thereby, depletes wages, devalue savings and increases costs of goods and services.
Therefore, it is pertinent to control the monetary policy, and introduce fiscal policies that are urgently needed to stabilize the country currency. Without which the living standards in the country will be eroded. And to achieve this goal will require discipline governance, reduce corruption, improve accountability and other drastic economic measures. Including budget leakage and spending.

That six pounds is below minimum wage which mean people make that with 30 mins or 45mins. But how many people make 1500 an hour in Nigeria? Some of this poor people don't even making 1k naira in a day. So he goofed big time there. The transport fee should be brought down to 500.

How intelligent you are Sanwolu, in London workers are paid in Pounds but in Nigeria workers are paid in Naira , so you are in no position to to compare the price paid for transport ( rail) between the locations.

@@abiodunbalogun3292there is no need to share similarities. It waters down his efforts. What's the minimum wage in UK and the convert the minimum wage to Pounds and share the similarities too
