This was my first game at the Big House (first college football game in general despite a huge amount of Lions games) got lower bowl seats about half way down in the corner endzone (opposite of band) for like $40 each preseason when Michigan was figured to win 7-8 games at best.
+Jay steven Honestly, kinda underwhelming. I think it was because it was Rutgers and we were 21pt favorites but it looks more intimidating than it is. It's definitely a sight to behold and an experience to have (110,000+ people!) but it's not as loud as you'd think. I was also disappointed that NO ONE (around me anyway) sung the Victors during the band intro or after touchdowns.. Greatest fight song ever written, I can't get enough of signing it. You're also shoehorned in and the seats hurt your back.. That said, I already purchased tickets to the first 2 games this year vs Hawaii and UCF and am going on the road either to the Rutgers or Iowa games. Go Blue!
That intent to deceive penalty needs to be removed from the rule books. If the defensive players can't account for all the offensive players that is their fault.
I still have no idea why they won't get rid of that stupid targeting rule. It does nothing, and this was (surprisingly) one of the few times replay actually got it right.
Except, since they called targeting, they didn't call roughing the kicker (which was blatant). So now, because of the failed targeting call, Rutgers gets away with roughing. I hate refs.
I'm a Pulling for Ohio St. against Michigan St. (even though I'm a Michigan fan). Reasoning: If Michigan St. loses to Ohio and Michigan can beat their arch rivals, Michigan wins the B1G East
Newton’s 4 laws: 1. An object in motion will stay in motion until acted upon by another force. 2. F=MA 3. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction 4. *Michigan can not beat Ohio State*
Butt hid out on the far sideline and came back toward the Michigan sideline with a group of players who were leaving the field. That's the old hideout play that's explicitly banned.

Lucky man how was the atmosphere in person?

That "intent to deceive" penalty looks like a really poor call on replay.

Geez....isn't a fake handoff or fake FG intent to deceive? What a stupid rule and call.

Utter domination!
Intent to deceive? I suppose we should just tell them what we're going to run every play so there's no confusion.

@@alexcentury2166 yea but he wasn't in the white he was still on the field that's not intent to deceive.
