I can’t get over how amazing your painting is!! The hedgehogs are soooooo adorable!!!! And WOW the frog in the leaf piece is stunning. The detail you put into your pieces is just amazing!!!
Absolutely stunning!!! You are inspiring me! I’m not a tropical gal but I sure love the appliqué technique. I’m working on snowflakes like that right now. I also got new glazes- several that you mentioned. I’ll be testing those out on my next kiln load!!
I have tried Manganese, liquid wax and frit but I found that the Manganese wasnt very black so I shall try your sesame oil recipe next. I have used my Cricut as well and found that it gives nice clean lines.@@anasclayhouse
I think it’s a combination. I use a slow cool schedule posted under the community post on my page. Also when I throw with either porcelain or stoneware, I use two metal ribs to compress the walls. I learned this from working with porcelain, but I got so used to this technique that I use it on stoneware also.👍🏻

Ana, love the little hedgehogs! Are they solid pieces or did you make a closed form?
Thank you! They are closed form made on the wheel. 💞
how do your mugs get so smooth? is it the porcelian? or the glaze?
