      This was I am explaining that subtraction fails to satisfy closure property so it cannot be a binary operation

    sir aapne jo LCM wala example liya ussme haar value ke liye closure property hold nahi horahi hai ,like 8*36=3096 and 8,36 lcm =72

      * is a representaion of binary operation which is LCM and l.c.m(8,36)=72 and 72 is also a natural number so closure property always be satisfied

    Hi can I ask a question? what does Zo and Ze means because in my activity Zo and Ze is the given in semigroup

      Basically it is just a notation Ze=Z itself as e is identity and in Zo if operation is addition then 0 may be additive identity
