How do these guys see 8 wins for the Bears? I don’t get it!! They one 7 last year with Fields and they’ve added so much. I believe it’s strictly due to it being the Bears! Maybe it’s understandable with the history!

They have to much talent on this team they should be a 10 win team at best
The betting line for team wins this year is 8.5 so I think most people who look at these things objectively could see either 8 to 9 wins in a majority of outcomes. If I just look at the Bears offensive and defensive line matchups on the schedule I could easily see them losing 10-12 games. I am a die hard Bears fan but there is no way that this D or O line inspires any confidence at this point. The Bears are one Montez Sweat injury away from being a very bad d-line and probably a very mediocre defense overall. Not to mention how little depth there is in the trenches, if at any point Jenkins and Nate Davis are not available at the same time, which is highly likely, the Bears o-line is very suspect.
The offensive and defensive lines are full of question marks. Remember the d-line was one of worst in the league before acquiring Sweat, and we played a LOT of bad teams in the second half of the season everyone keeps drooling over. As for the o-line, they got absolutely b*tch slapped by the Puckers in the last game of the season.
Add to that two new coordinators, a new offense, a rookie QB, a head coach with a LOT to prove, and a division chock full of talent (two teams of which were clearly better than us last year)…. and you can see that we have plenty of logical reasons why we might NOT get past 8 wins.
We never learn… we just fall for the preseason hype. Keep your expectations grounded Bears fans…. We AINT the Kansas City Chiefs yet…

I think flus will be a great coach look what Belicheck a D mastermind did with Brady if Waldron can coach we will be fine
We finished 7 and 10 last year and after Flus took over calling Defense plays, we were a top 10 defense. I didn't see any major mistakes from a Head coaching standpoint. The offensive coordinator had some shitty play calling there for a stretch, but he's gone. Ahh whatever.
