    He finally got to play over 30 minutes and his impact showed. Sure he didn't shoot the ball well but the way he orchestrated the game was so good and some of his no look passes are amazing. He's an All-Star borderline super star talent in his prime

    D'Angelo 's shot release is quicker than Curry's release

    Once he gets consistency he’s gonna be a great and fun player to watch

    thought he shot way too many 3s...there were stretches when he missed three and four 3s in a row. Defly need to find other ways to score when the 3 ball isn't falling. But he did a great job of distributing the ball, though when you pass to a hot crabbe, it's an auto asst. He was a bit sloppy handling the ball as well. Could've gotten a triple double if he reb harder. 0 freethrows for him..needs to get better at that department too. tonight it felt like his offense was 80% 3s and 20% pullups and layups etc. Would love it he makes his game 60% on 2pt fga and 40% on 3pt fga. He could easily get more freethrows if he attack the rim more often, utilize the pump fake more etc.

      i think he should work on his rim attacking and finishing abilities in the summer. there's no excuse for him not to beat a big men and slower defender off the dribble and drive to the rim. he misses alot of makeable layups too sometimes. no excuse for that. he needs to work on his all around game. period. if he can shoot around 44 to 45% on 2 pt fga and 35-37% from 3 next yr it would be a vast improvment for him.

      he is playing in brooklyns system which they chuck alot of 3's. IMO dont really like how Kenny coaches he is a god at developing players but he puts too much emphasis on his minutes distribution and never lets anyone play more minutes than they are supposed to play even tho they are hot and his system seems to only work if they're hot. They live in die by the 3 but its hard to win games when the only viable shooter is a hot Allen Crabbe and Joe Harris. Dlo is a good 3 point shooter but his bread and butter is in the mid-range.

      i think dlo thrives off the pick and roll...where he can utilize his midrange and floaters. he was more consistent with the 3s when he was with the Lakers. i actually thinks he shoots a higher 3 pt % when he is coming off an offball screen or pick and roll screen than when he shoots it wide open. I think Nets need to sign a better pick and roll finisher who can also pick and pop to allow more space for dlo to operate. Kevin love would be a nice fit...Derrick Favors is a big body that sets sturdy picks and can knock down the midrange. I agree that this offense could be more multifaceted. I know Dlo and RHJ are the best post up players on the team. So they should run more post up plays.

      em be I agree with you. I have seen plenty of games where D’lo is in a zone and KA will just pull him and kill the flow of his offense. It’s a surprise Crabbe had 41, but that was because his teammates were finding him often. Almost all of his points were assisted. I think playing D’Lo off the ball a little more will help with his scoring efficiently especially of the PG is either setting him up OR is a threat to score which will happen when Lin is healthy. Brooklyn’s future is looking bright if they add some good pieces in the next 2 years and the East is about to open up when Bron retires.

      they want homie to be the black Nash. Nash was pick n roll and high 3's in frequent. Nash ain't turn into that until he was 28. Dlo is 22.

    Hall of fame talent, G League consistency. Lacks the concentration and attention to detail needed to bring it every night. Jumper not as good as needed either. Maybe can put it all together next year, but expected more impact in this pivotal 3rd season

      exillens I gave him a pass first two seasons due to the terrible situations with Kobe’s tour and Byron, then confusion and terrible system the next. But I got kinda frustrated this year. However I feel he woulda made AllStar had he not got surgery

      So we gonna ignore his play for the whole month of March and before he got injured ?

    • @exillens
      @exillens 6 лет назад +1

      Dj Clarke He does need to attack more and shoot less but he needs a more consistent shot to complemented his game. His game depends on it since he's skilled but not uber explosive. Before his injury he was all star level but his 3pt shot and free throw% was a disappointing indictment

      exillens i agree on his percentage this is his worst shooting year so far but his ppg is at its highest cus he has been attacking more
